   Prompt and straight forward booking of the disposal of my sofa. The movers accidentally made a small dent in the partition wall, and they sent a repairman the very next day to rectify it.    The booking for delivery service and payment were all done on line with ease. Received confirmation and reminder a day before via email. Delivered a queen size mattress @$75 which includes proper stretch wrap. Price is very reasonable. Supramani and David who made the delivery were both very polite and professional. Great service.

   Been searching for a mover and by luck found Service 'A' Transportation. Affordable price n fuss free to deal. Staff attending to my goods are very professional and took good care during wrapping and transportation. Highly recommended and you will not regret with the price and services. Very professional.

   WARNING, especially to carousellers! I had a bad experience that feels like a scam. I requested for a delivery pickup at 5pm according to the availability of the furniture item, paying up front for a delivery in the 3-6pm slot. I had put in the instructions requesting for a 5pm pickup. The company informed me near 3pm that the furniture item wasn't available at 3pm after they had contacted the seller before hand (which is exactly why I requested 5pm in my instructions). They went to the seller's house and told me the seller wasn't there, then said they will charge extra to come back and collect the item after 6. When I requested for a refund, since they didn't collect anything or do any delivery, they refused to refund even a portion of the money I paid. Note that their website faq allows for 50% refund if the item is damaged on collection, but they refused even this refund for my situation. This was very disappointing, because the whole situation could have been avoided if they just informed me they can't make it at 5pm as I requested, and check if we could reschedule or offer a refund for not being able to perform the service. On top of not doing that, they refused to offer even a portion of refund, despite not picking up or delivering anything. Warning once again, better to avoid this company so you don't go through the same situation I did.

   Hi Sophia, thank you for your feedback. We are regret to hear that you felt disappointed with the experience. Our pick up timing slots are based on 3-hour windows (9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm, 3pm–6pm, 6pm–8pm), and as stated in our booking terms, we are unable to commit to an exact pick-up time within that slot. This was clearly stated in our website before booking confirmation. We also have reminded you at 12:47pm via WhatsApp once you have made the booking with us. At 2:33pm, both you and the seller were notified that our team would be arriving at 3pm. Our movers went down to the pickup location, but the seller was not available. We even took a photo of the unit number to confirm our attendance. Regarding on the refunds as you mentioned above that our 50% refund policy applies only in the event that an item is collected but later found to be damaged and the delivery is cancelled. In this case, the issue was not related to damaged goods, but rather the seller was unavailable at the pick up location once we had arrived. As manpower and transport had already allocated, the booking fee is non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions. We truly value our customers and always strive to be transparent. We regret the misunderstanding, but also kindly remind that it is important for the buyer to ensure the seller is available within the agreed pickup timing slot. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation for other readers, and we thank you for your understanding.

   Kumar and his colleague arrived 30 minutes early for a Saturday 9am-12pm slot, and was patient enough to wait for us to get ready before coming up. He wrapped our stuff with care, except for a sintered stone dining table top (probably because it's scratch resistant) They were careful in transporting all my stuff and the delivery went smoothly. Customer service was also prompt in answering my numerous questions, as it was my first time using them without any referral. Price was very reasonable as they charge per item instead of truckload which most movers charge by. Will definitely use them again in the future

    Quite a lot of hidden charges, proceed at your own risks. 1. Long push (50m???) charge: terms and conditions indicated 50-100m, but they will try to charge you for 50m. 2. Cancellation policy: the website will allow you to book same day/next day delivery, but you are unable to cancel or have a refund AFTER the hidden charges are explained to you. EDIT: Please also improve on your communication skills as the employee over whatsapp could be more professional. I had my booking confirmation at 0931 hours. If the company had confirmed the service with me before 1200 hours, I would have been eligible for a refund or cancellation. I would recommend going for other service providers. This might be the reason why this company is able to provide same day / next day delivery. POST-DELIVERY EDIT: While the movers themselves were on time and kept within delivery hours, the assembly of the cot was done WRONGLY. The door is installed the wrong way. This is supposed to be facing out. Now, the whole gate is unable to be opened unless we unscrew the whole cot front.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, but we’d like to clarify a few important details: 1️⃣ Long Push Charge: As stated in our terms, a long push charge applies when the moving distance exceeds 50 meters. This is to cover the extra time and effort required by our movers. This is not a hidden fee — our policy (clearly stated before payment) and we also noticed you before the delivery day once we were aware of the site conditions. As you already know, the lorry has to park outside at pick up location. We do this to be transparent and allow customers to make an informed decision before proceeding. Important to note: We have not collected any Long Push charges from you at this point. 2️⃣ Cancellation Policy: While we do offer same-day or next-day booking online for flexibility. Your booking was made for next-day delivery on 25th April 2025 at 12pm-3pm. However, you informed us you would like to cancel and refund on 24th April 2025 at 4:58pm. As per our stated policy, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as logistics and manpower are already arranged. Just to clarify, we had arranged for our movers to return on 26/4/2025 at 11AM to rectify the assembly, and our team called to confirm with you before heading down. However, as you were not available at that time, we made an alternative arrangement to accommodate your schedule. We would also like to highlight that typically, for safety and quality reasons, we do not assemble items that were not dismantled by our team, as our movers may not know the correct fitting or where the original screws and parts should go. When we picked up the baby cot, it had already been dismantled and placed outside the unit, without prior instructions or markings for reassembly. Even so, we still tried our best to fix it back for you, to assist you as much as we could. We understand that you've chosen to keep your review and we respect that decision.     Found Service A through a random google search. Super efficient and fuss free. Price is also very reasonable i feel as i only needed a mover for 1 large item. Selected slot was 3pm to 6pm and i received my item at 3.30pm which was really great as I don't need to wait long. The 2 gentleman who delivered my stuff was also really friendly and gentle with my things. Really would recommend them and should I need such service again will definitely find them again.

    Unprofessional, clumsy, and shirked responsibility for damaging items and my flooring. Engaged them to help move some brand new appliances from storage to my new house. Scratched my brand new fridge and my floor while moving the fridge. Fridge was brand new and still in packaging and they decided to unwrap the fridge before moving it. 2 men trying to carry a 80kg fridge without using any trolley or dolly. Right after they lifted it up they were struggling and the fridge hit my doorframe, leaving a dent. Not sure if they were unaware that the bottom of the fridge has wheels or purposely chose not to use them. I was watching from the side and could see that they were struggling and super unstable, to the extent that the fridge looked like it was going to drop on multiple occasions. To cover the distance they lifted the fridge, carried it a few metres, and put it down again multiple times with the sharp metal corners digging into my vinyl floor. After seeing this struggle, I suggested to use the fridge wheels and they pushed it to the kitchen with much more ease. Right after the fridge was in position I checked the fridge and floor for damages as I suspected there would be due to the clumsy way they moved the fridge. Found deep dents on my vinyl flooring and a long, deep scratch on my fridge door. Immediately told the movers my observation and they got super defensive. They told me they definitely didn’t damage the fridge and that the fridge probably came with the big scratch even though they were the ones who unboxed it. They also told me that the scratches and dents on my floor was because I told them to use the wheels, and wouldn’t have happened if I just let them continue carrying the fridge. Which is a ridiculous suggestion as the dents were clearly due to them lifting and placing the fridge down multiple times. Escalated to their manager and got the same replies without any proper investigation or follow up. Stopped replying me entirely without any apology or recourse. Avoid at all cost, or take videos of the moving process so that you have proof of what happened because they will not believe you otherwise.
