Very good storage 👍

They have an excellent team who treat your belongings very professionally and carefully. Customer service is also excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good packer and mover.

I used this service when I returned to Japan for good. I was worried that the quality of their service might be lower than that of major Japanese companies like N and Y, so I hope this will be helpful to anyone who is considering using their service. In conclusion, I think the service was generally good. Perhaps it was luck, but the team members who came to pack were all local, with an average age of 60 and over 30 years of experience. They all packed silently, carefully, and speedily. A Japanese sales representative also helped pack the items throughout the day. One of the most experienced workers broke a delicate champagne glass while packing it, but he immediately reported it to us and quickly compensated us at our requested price. He was a very professional worker, and because he reported it so quickly, we had no hard feelings. When we checked the items after they arrived in Japan, all the fragile items, including the champagne glass and painting, were undamaged. There was some damage to some of the plastic, which may have already been brittle, and some crushed caps, but all of this was quickly compensated for. The only disappointment was the delivery and unpacking team from our partner company in Japan. It was probably mostly part-time workers, and the work was very slow, which was frustrating. There were frequent mistakes in the delivery room. There were also some missed reports at the time of delivery, and the cardboard box checklist was not completed. It seems that everything probably arrived, though.

Highly recommend WE Moving Company! The team was professional, efficient, and punctual throughout the entire moving process. Everything was handled with care, and the move was completed smoothly and stress-free. A special shout-out to Mr Lee W S for his excellent service and coordination. His professionalism and dedication gave us great confidence from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done! Not a easy task but they did it! Thank you

They moved my house within hours and packed everything and unpacked everything within the same day.
