This review is no way reflective of the amazing delivery crew (Azman, Matius, Joseph), but on missing boxes and handling concerns by our International Move Coordinator, Margaret. Our shipment arrived with our boxes loaded at the front of the truck, behind another delivery. In order to access our shipment, the crew first had to remove the other customer’s boxes. During this process, boxes were taken off the truck and placed outside our property in an unsystematic manner, without any visible counting or inventory control. The crew assured me that all boxes were numbered and that I would be able to tick them off a checklist as they brought them into the house one by one. Unfortunately, many of the boxes delivered did not have numbers on them. The crew explained that the yellow numbered labels may have fallen off during transit. In those instances, I left the corresponding checkboxes blank, as there was no way to verify them against the checklist. At the end of the delivery, I raised my concern that a significant number of items on the checklist remained unchecked and that I therefore could not confirm whether all of our belongings had been delivered. The crew suggested that this was likely due to the missing labels and advised me to contact the office if any issues arose, including missing boxes. Shortly after the crew left, I began unpacking and quickly noticed that several important items were missing, including a number of kitchen equipment boxes, our toddler’s toy box, and clothing. I immediately called Margaret to inform her that we appeared to be missing entire boxes. Without consulting the crew, Margaret insisted that “my men counted the boxes one by one when they dropped off your shipment.” This statement is inconsistent with what I personally observed and with the incomplete checklist. Furthermore, the crew returned later that evening, at around 7:00 pm, to deliver an additional box containing my toddler’s clothes that had been missed during the initial delivery. During my conversation with Margaret, she repeatedly spoke over me and did not allow me to fully explain the situation. She maintained that “if the contents of the boxes are missing, it is not our responsibility,” despite my repeated clarification that the issue concerns potentially missing boxes, not just missing contents. Margaret also informed me that she would send the packing list on Saturday. While I understand this may not have been possible over the weekend, I followed up again on Monday morning. During that call, she assured me that she would send both the packing list and a copy of the checklist immediately. I have still not received any documentation. Throughout our discussions, Margaret continued to focus on “missing contents” rather than addressing the possibility that entire boxes may not have been delivered. This has made it extremely difficult to resolve the matter or even begin verifying what may be missing. This situation has caused considerable stress and anxiety for our family during what was already a complex relocation. Instead of receiving assistance and reassurance, the response has felt dismissive, and responsibility appears to have been redirected to Eurogroup without any apparent internal verification.

I am very impressed with Vanpac. They came on time to pick my stuff, estimated the volume, pelletized them so neatly and carefully, I feel my stuff are in good hands. Very experienced and professional. On arrival at destination, they delivered at the time they said they would, everything came intact and beautiful. The same experienced hands efficiently removed all the packaging and leave my place as neat as it was. Very grateful for your wonderful services. Thank you.

Moving your home with all loved belongings for the entire family can be quite stressful. So good and reliable partners are important! Vanpac definitely was one of them. The performance of Kumar and the team around him was just great this weekend. Punctually, well prepared, very fast and friendly. On paper, our house was packed into a 45 ft container and is now en route to Chicago. But emotionally, it was so much more. Packing up our beloved home of seven years, especially when an international move wasn’t originally in our immediate plans, was filled with anxiety and emotion. To add to that, our moving plans kept changing in size and logistics—including a last-minute, separate local move. From the very beginning, Alvin was a steady and reassuring presence. He navigated all the changes with calm confidence and consistently offered thoughtful solutions. When the moving crew—Kumar, Azman, Ekos, Joseph, and Rajah—arrived on the first day, I was overwhelmed and teary. But they quickly put me at ease with their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. They were also incredibly gentle and compassionate with my son, who was home sick and doing his best to convince them not to pack his things. Your team transformed what felt like an incredibly stressful, chaotic move into an experience filled with laughter, warmth, and human connection. Dear Vanpac Management Team! Thank you for your good team’s professional & stress-free moving service from Kumar & his team (Shiqal, Azman & Rahman). It was a pleasant morning with a friendly team who exhibited positive vibes, great energy & strong team work. The packing job was done in a very organised & swift manner:- each item thoughtfully packed up. Even both TVs were dismantled very efficiently. Shifah was in touch prior to the move, & was on top of the progress on the actual moving day, making sure all the work was well coordinated. Impressive job with packing & relocations to 4 designated locations, including storage & disposal. They used the right quantity of packing materials to ensure all items are well protected & ready for the move. Kudos to a world class team & we will highly recommend to all who require relocation services. Most of the feedbacks are from my ‘lady boss’. Smooth move, happy wife, happy life!

VanPac made my international relocation a total breeze from the onset! Alvin Ong was onsite to assess the volumetrics ahead of the move and articulated the do's and dont's concisely. On the day of the actual packing and moving, his crew was punctual and wasted no time getting the workload organised amongst themselves - it was evident at this point the team demonstrated an unspoken rapport. Each knew their task and did them well, definitely experienced hands at work! Here is a special shout out to Matthias - he is an amazing wrapper!! See how neatly he wrapped up 4 metal cabinets and a king-sized sofa bed in the attached photos - takes utmost dedication to the craft for such a perfect wrap!
