Admin staff and booking process was excellent with all queries well answered promptly and courteously. Movers (to bring to storage) were punctual, efficient and courteous. Furniture was wrapped properly. Items were handled with care. Communicated reasonably clearly and able to answer queries. Some feedback: movers did not ask about boxes with fragile items at the start or appear to look at the stickers on the boxes. It would good to identify fragile items/boxes before starting the move, rather than to be highlighted by me. This will help assure clients that they are aware.

This is my second time hiring this local moving company, and overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. They pack things very carefully and do their absolute best, even with large items like the ones in the photos. However, because they are a local company, you won’t automatically receive contracts or liability waivers unless you specifically request them. If you want to clearly define the scope of responsibility and pricing beforehand, it is best to mention this right from the start. One thing to note is that they sometimes ask for a price increase after the job is done (due to reasons like unexpected round trips or heavy luggage). From a Japanese perspective, at least, these factors should ideally be covered within the original estimate and contract (I agreed to it the first time, but declined the second time). As a gesture of appreciation, I like to provide tips in the form of drinks or lunch for the on-site crew. Since moving is all about communication, I don't think a company's overall capability should be judged solely by these minor interactions. To me, the true value of movers lies in handling luggage carefully and They act swiftly, considerately of the property and neighbors, and respond sincerely to any issues. Since customers entrust their valuable belongings to the movers, we also have a responsibility to discuss key details with the company beforehand. Moving isn't something most people do very often in life, so I hope this review helps others who are preparing for a move. All in all, I highly recommend this company. They have 2 movers reaching my place on time and they start to shrink wrap the boxes and my items and efficiency stuff all the things into the truck. Move the item to my new place and then unload them as it is. I am very impressed.
