Chance upon Alliance Movers Pte Ltd while i'm looking for storage and mover for renovation of my parent's house. Initially was only considering for movers but realise they help with storage as well. Send them the things i need to put in storage and i got a quotation on the same day itself. Did not get the name of the person i communicate with thru WhatsApp but he/she is really friendly and patiently answering all my question as the items i have is really a lot and i am really worry that they did not come down for a site visit. But they keep ensuring me that quotation will be ok too even thru whatsapp photo. True enough i really should trust their professionalism. Volume of items and quotation matches (no hidden charge!!). Not forgetting the 2 group of movers who help my parents and me to shift all the items to storage and back again. They are all really professional and treat my parents with respect. Treat my things with care as well although i know my parents item are old and dusty but they really did a good job in wrapping every items and furniture in order not to spoil it. Kudos to the team! I cannot thank the team again and again, from the beginning til everything is back to my parents house. Thank you and really highly recommend if you ever need storage or mover!!

International move from Singapore to Germany - 5 stars! We recently moved from Singapore to Germany and chose Alliance Movers after reaching out to a few companies. From the very first email, the experience stood out. Alvin was exceptionally responsive - always quick to reply, proactive in sharing information, and even followed up via WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed. Getting a quote was fast and straightforward, with no back and forth or vague answers. On the day of the pickup, the team arrived on time and handled everything with care and professionalism. You could tell they know what they are doing - international moves can feel overwhelming, but their confidence and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you are planning a move abroad, especially a long-haul relocation like Singapore to Europe, I would not hesitate to recommend Alliance Movers. Great team, great service from start to finish.

I engaged Alliance movers to move from Singapore to Sydney. I chose Alliance after comparing a few other movers and I’m happy I can close the chapter with a 5 star review. Here are few reasons for the 5 stars. 1. The team was very responsive through out the process from start to finish. I saw reviews about many other movers saying they were only responsive up until getting the payment. 2. The process of getting a quote was quite fast and Bernice did it through a video call. She was responsive and tailored the quote based on my requests (ex: having a wooden crate for my bike) 3. Alvin was very responsive and accountable for everything from paper work to last mile delivery. He gave tips to fill up the paperwork. He also intervened and found solutions whenever there were things to solve, even with the Australian counter part. I will recommend Alliance with confidence to my friends and family. Big thank you to Alvin and the team. Just want you to know companies that operate with this level of accountability are not so common nowadays. Kudos to you!

We went with Alliance Movers after careful price comparison and reviews for our international relocation, and we are very happy with our choice! From initial enquiry, to pick up in Singapore, to storage, and eventually delivery to our new home in Paris, everything went well. Alvin was responsive to all concerns and questions, and addressed them clearly. Thank you for the smooth and fuss free service! Will definitely recommend to anyone making a move, big or small. Thank you Alvin and team! 💯

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly — I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. All my belongings arrived from Singapore to Spain in perfect condition and exactly within the agreed timeframe. Impeccable service and highly recommended.

We are so appreciative of the services of Alliance Movers for our move from Singapore to Shanghai. After 10 years in Singapore, we were quite nervous about the move and we chose Alliance because every staff member we came into contact with while gathering quotations was warm and honest and it helped to build our trust. Franky helped to confirm appointments after we had to cancel a few times. During the quotation process, Bernice helped to quote us a base price and then showed us an additional cost for items we were unsure of taking which helped us to make decisions about what to keep/sell prior to leaving. On moving day, we found her quotation was spot on. We had been quoted almost double the price by another company. Alvin was so patient to answer all the questions we had - about the quote, about insurance, about the service in Shanghai, about the timing of the shipping (about 50 emails!). On moving day, the team sent was efficient yet careful and we didn't have to lift a finger. On the Shanghai side, I was nervous about receiving our shipment in terms of duty, translation, and timing as we had a national holiday approaching. Alvin kept us updated about ships departing from SG and chose the best option for us; however, he was still fully transparent about delays that were out of Alliance's control. Alliance's Shanghai partner was equally amazing - working with Chinese port authorities and customs to expedite our shipment, communicating often to us, and reassuring us about duty. We received the shipment at the end of a work day Friday before the start of the holiday. It was perfectly timed and everything was in perfect condition and unpacked within two hours. Overall, we cannot recommend Alliance more highly. They not only made a really big move less stressful, but we feel ever staff member went above and beyond their jobs to provide excellent service. Their honesty and transparency is rare.

I had evaluated about 8 movers and packers and then chose Alliance Movers for my relocation. The service by Alvin and team was excellent, from day one. They catered to all our requests and were very prompt and transparent in communication. The charges were reasonable and quotes were transparent which helped me plan better. They have an excellent warehousing facility as well. Alvin closely guided on the insurance and other requirements. There were regulatory changes in the destination which was promptly communicated. Alvin kept me continuously updated on movement of the consignment. Their partners at destination was also very professional. The packing and loading and unloading was very efficient and smooth. Would strongly recommend Alliance movers and packers for any one looking to relocate to and from Singapore.

I would 100 percent use this service again. It felt very personal - Alvin made sure everything went smoothly. And it did. I shipped from Singapore to Taiwan. Both sides of the shipment had efficient and careful movers. Everyone very communicative. Really only good things to say.

Alliance Movers were fantastic! They arrived on time, were super friendly and helpful, and handled all my belongings with great care. They wrapped everything securely and finished the entire move in less time than expected. Thank you Rosle and team. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience.

I phoned a few companies about moving from Singapore to London. Alliance Movers were the best by far! When I asked for a quote, I instantly got a very clear and detailed breakdown of what would happen and how much it would cost from Alvin Taye. From that point onwards, whenever I had a question I never had to wait long for an answer. Alvin was always there – supporting me all the way. I always knew what was going on - which was very reassuring. Alvin also helped me with customs papers and insurance etc. Then the handover to their partners in the UK was really smooth and easy. No hassle, no problems. Alliance packed and picked up my things in Singapore and they arrived exactly as they'd been packed in the UK. If you need to make an international move from Singapore, use Alliance Movers. You'll be in safe, reliable hands. 5 stars. Brilliant!

Alliance movers service is BEYOND TIP TOP!!!! After having issues with another local movers company who breach a contract and did not send my items over, ALLIANCE MOVERS make it a breeze to collect my items with NO HASSLE at all. I was overseas while they settle my things. Email and WA updates are consistently non stop. Items were packed efficiently and compact. It took less than a month for my items to arrive from SG to Qatar via sea transport. Link was given to track my items. The assurance is always there. I wished that I had used Alliance from the start. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family members!!!!

We recently used Alliance Movers to relocate our goods from Singapore to Madrid, and the experience was exceptional! Alvin and his team helped with the packing, they packed everything with great care, ensuring that all items were secure for the journey. Throughout the process, they kept us updated on the progress, which gave us peace of mind. All our goods arrived without any damages, and we couldn't be happier with their service. If you're looking for reliable movers for international shipments, Alliance Movers is highly recommended! Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out.

Alliance Movers truly came to our rescue! After a nightmare experience with another mover who irresponsibly held our cargo for over 6 months, Alliance Movers stepped in and turned things around. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and empathetic to our situation. They took over the process seamlessly, handling everything with care and efficiency. Within just a few weeks, our cargo was shipped from Singapore to Australia —something we had been waiting on for half a year! Their dedication and professionalism restored our trust in movers, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Alliance Movers, for your exceptional service! Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers.

Alliance Mover is worth more than 5 stars. My first time feeling so wonderful and satisfied when moved house. The team was so professional, patient and systematic. They came and walked 1 round the house to confirm which items to move, stay or dispose. They were so fast and within 2 hour (with 80 boxes and several big furniture) we started to set off. In the new house, they laid protective layers all over the floors, furniture, walls and staircase handrails to prevent any knocking. Then they started working efficiently. Most importantly, no hidden cost when job completed. Thank you Alliance Mover, Mr Benson and Miss Bernice for their co-ordination and service.🙏

Our international move was coordinated by Alvin and it was very smooth. Communication was prompt and courteous. The quote they gave was not the cheapest but it was competitive and we picked Alliance because of their previous reviews. We have no regrets and would not hesitate to use them again. They accommodated any request we had and items were received in good condition.

Great service by Mr. Alvin and Mr. Benson, always following up and monitoring the move since the first moment when the kind and professional workers came to my home to collect and pack safely all the items I wanted to send. Appreciated their help when the shipment arrived in Europe, after a long time and a lot of paperwork, keeping in touch with the staff in Rotterdam and, finally, when the container arrived at its destination. The worst thing was the paperwork: a lot of documents to provide and a lot of forms to fill in. When the container arrived, I checked all the stuff and everything was perfect and safe. Great job guys! Thank you very much. Next time I need to move things, I will contact you again.

Excellent service for the best price. This is the fastest SG-CHC shipment my sister and I have had so far (we've tried 3 other companies). Took about 5 weeks or so with no delays, compared to the usual 2-3 months we used to have with other companies. Hassle free packing by the SG team and unpacking by the CHC team as well. Thanks so much!

two thumbs up service, reliable and comfortable service providers both ends. those 5 stars reviews looking suspicious during initial searching period, but end up they are worthy of those satisfactory comments. in my opinion, they are trustworthy in service and reasonable in budget. apart from standard box, the technicians wrap non-standard goods and furniture also impressive.

The comprehensive services offered by Alliance were very impressive. I appreciate their help moving my belongings from one country to another. One staff in particular named Franky Tan really helped me sorting out, answering all my questions, the confusions with customs and all that. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Thank you and Keep up the good work!

I have dealt with a few moving companies in Singapore, and always have had issues with them, and less than ideal experiences. From Broken Items, Arriving Late, and making lots of silly mistakes. Alliance Movers were completely perfect, competent and knew exactly what they were doing. All items were wrapped carefully and movers were very helpful and careful. I will absolutely be using them for all future moves, I wouldn't even bother with any other companies as its not worth the stress of dealing with them. 10/10 service!

Thank you Alvin and the Alliance team in Singapore , and Grace Removals in Australia for an outstanding experience. Alvin made the whole procedure painless. And yes, all our furniture including a solid glass dining table arrived intact.

Benson and his team helped us moved to Bangkok recently. He is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. The whole process from organising, packing, storing and delivering was smooth and at a very reasonable rate. Moving internationally is a very stressful event and finding a right partner makes it so much easier. We are glad that we found Alliance.

No complaints, only compliments. Alliance Movers accommodated my rather last-minute request and helped with my relocation from Singapore to Europe recently. They sent a staff member to my place in Singapore and he helped me repack all my items securely and efficiently for shipping (by sea freight). I then received my items on time and in good condition — all for a reasonable, affordable fee. I highly recommend this company to anyone relocating overseas.

I would like to highly recommend Alliance Movers to everyone who needs international household moving. I've compared a few service providers, including a few famous ones with widespread advertisements, and concluded that they are among the best. This is for their prompt & amazing communication (always so available and never left my queries unattended overnight), their transparent & competitive price (the cheapest LCL among the 6 quotes I received, they clearly provided a breakdown of their volume assessment and surcharges, unlike some company who only gives you a lump sum quotation and refuses to provide details...), and their expertise with 20 years of experiences in this field. International moving has never been an easy job. We recently moved from Singapore to Auckland, New Zealand. Our case wasn't the most straightforward, as there was unexpected delay in our visas, and meanwhile, we hoped to have our goods with us as soon as possible when we arrived in the country, as it's winter time in Auckland and we would definitely need the beddings, winter clothes and stuff. They provided the most accurate information about processing time, storage and custom clearance. They planned the timeline in such a perfect way that my goods reached me sound and intact on the same day that we arrived in Auckland. Many thanks to Alvin and his team, for making this gigantic and horrifying task smooth and stress-free for us.

Alliance movers have one of the best customer service people. They answered my amateur questions and guided me flawlessly. Really appreciate all the help guys. I recently engaged Alliance Movers to assist me in my move from Canada to Singapore. Benson was my main point of contact and he was nothing short of amazing! From quoting all the way to receiving my items in Singapore, he was very responsive to any queries that I may have. He constantly updated me on the status of my shipment so that I am made aware on when it will arrive. When our shipment arrived in Singapore, arrangements were made promptly to accommodate a date/time for delivery. Delivery personnel were all very professional and got the job done very quickly. I am so glad that I engaged their help in this process which could have easily been a nightmare given the move is half way around the earth! Thank you Benson and team! I will be in contact in future when I need help moving again!

We shipped our personal belongings from Singapore to Australia with Alvin Taye and his team. We are very pleased with his professionalism, clarity of instructions, speedy responses and his ability to guide and let us know what to expect in the next few steps/days. The entire process was done so well. We felt comfortable. Our precious belongings arrived safely and well packed. We highly recommend this relocation company and forwarded the contact of Mr Alvin Taye and his team to our friends and family. Well done to both the Singapore and Australia Teams.

Highly recommended if you need movers in Singapore. Benson and his team are highly professional in their job and service offered. Always responsive to my silly questions and get all things ready for the move end to end. The whole experience hiring them make my relocation so much easier. Price is resonable too. All my items came intact and good. Their counterpart here in Australia is also a professional team. It was a very smooth action all together. Dont waste time ask around. Pick up your phone and ask for Benson. He will take care of you.

Congratulations to EVERYONE that was involved with our Move from Singapore to Thailand. You should ALL be VERY PROUD of yourselves! We have moved countries several times ... this move was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever encountered. From day one requesting our quotation from ALVIN TAYE, he was very quick to respond, we set up a meeting and within a couple of days our quote was sent. The Alliance packing went well, the staff was very hard working and polite and on time, Management should be very proud of such a fabulous team. The logistics were very challenging to get our goods to an island off shore in Thailand. ESP Removals in Thailand did a fantastic job, and was updating us on email. We received ALL our life long furniture and goods of which are of sentimental value to us and literally have travelled with us to several countries. What a lovely feeling to have all our belongings safe and undamaged in our new retirement home. Feel free to use us as a reference. THANK YOU ... THANK YOU once again for a SMOOTH MOVE. YOU ALL DESERVE TO BE V E R Y PROUD OF YOURSELVES. Okkie & Sandy Esterhuizen THANK YOU!

Very clear and straight forward communication and gives a strong assurance that the scope of work was planned and under good control. Choosing Alliance as our moving partner was the right decision. They did their homework beforehand to study the loading and unloading terrain so that they knew what to anticipate. They handled all our furniture with care, they were efficient and fast. Kudos to Kumar who went to extra mile to help us fix our table properly. Many thanks to Benson too for the clear and prompt communication as well. Keep up the good work.

This is my 1st time using Alliance and found them thru google search. Truly glad I chose them among few movers. Very professional customer service especially Benson, who is super patient and responsive with my thousand questions and request. The way he explained pricing and advised on the packing, moving date in the midst of Covid-19, gave me the confident and comfort my interest is best taken care of. Want to thank packing team led by Franky Koh who find all ways to ensure all my belongings are fitted into truck (I only bought limited volume load), and Lou and Indian guy - they are really pro packer. Overall high recommend Alliance movers service.

Choosing to work with Alliance for our move was the best decision that we made for our move! What started out as a fearful, daunting feat (moving from a 4 storey place, total box count 325! ) turned out to be a breeze! The team at Alliance was responsible, dedicated, hardworking professional and careful with all our items. We had requested for the team at Alliance to help us with the packing as well as unpacking since we had 3 kids and elderly in tow. This turned out to be the wisest choice! Not a single item was lost or damaged, despite being in storage for a few weeks. All items were nicely and neatly packed in 2 days and all it took was one day for them to unpack the boxes into the cabinets at the new home. No fretting over breaking or losing items! We are so impressed (still, though it’s 3 weeks since our move!) with them that we strongly recommend their services to all friends and family! Exceeding 5 stars rating!
