Great experience with Rama!

This moving company has so many issues. First of all, the entire moving crew was completely unprofessional. They were supposed to start at 9:00 AM, but they didn’t show up until 10:30 AM. On top of that, I booked two trucks, but only one arrived. The second truck didn't get here until 20 minutes later. They didn't actually start moving anything until 11:00 AM; they did absolutely nothing before that.To make matters worse, they came completely unprepared—no packing tape, no box cutters, and not even any protective covers for the TV or furniture. When we arrived at the new house, they went straight to lunch without even unloading the boxes first. The whole process wasn't finished until exactly 4:30 PM.Furthermore, they damaged the floor while moving the items. I filed a claim right away, but they have completely ignored me and haven't responded since. This place is highly problematic and unprofessional."

Thank you citywide team for helping with my delivery. Prices are affordable and they dont just stand there like other delivery transport company. The driver will still help with the loading unloading and securing the goods well. I recommend this company to all event companies. Very good

We use Citywide Movers to help shift our commercial kitchen from outlet to storage. They were superb. Knew how to handle each equipment from dismantling gas pipes/water pipes and 3 phase disconnection for combi ovens etc. They actually have another company that deals in buy sell of the equipment so they are very experienced in these. They even help to cover cost by buying off some items from us that we wanted to throw. Overall we are very satisfied with their capability in handling FNB equipment! Thanks guys

Had such a great experience with this moving team! They helped move my items from home to storage and handled everything with so much care and attention. You can really tell they know what they’re doing — everything was wrapped, carried, and loaded very safely. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The guys worked fast but were still careful with every item, and they were really polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout. Everything reached storage in perfect condition, and the whole move was done quicker than I expected. Definitely one of the most reliable and professional movers I’ve ever used. I recently had the pleasure of using Citywide Express (Mr. Jay) for my moving needs, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From the initial booking to the final wrap-up, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of my experience was their punctuality. The team arrived right on time for both the packing and moving appointments, which I greatly appreciated. Do not buy any second hand equipment from this company. It came faulty after 1 day of use, and they sent technician down to repair twice but it is still not working. They blocked our numbers and refused to come down and repair despite 2 months of warranty and do a refund. Even though they are a moving company, beware of their unethical tactics.

They are very honest, upfront, reasonable pricing and most of all very professional. The movers were punctual, diligent, knowledgeable and helpful in every single way. I was very impressed and delighted with their service all the way from the start.
