   Really happy with the service from Tiptop Movers! The team was incredibly fast, strong and efficient, but at the same time very careful with all our belongings. They handled everything professionally from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful moving day feel so much easier. The guys were punctual, hardworking and friendly, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was moved smoothly without unnecessary delays.    Hotline was responsive and helpful, even for same-day delivery. Price was reasonable as well and crew showed up in half an hour for a same-day delivery. Crew was also professional and handled items with care. Appreciated Tip Top movers and highly recommend them for moving services :)

   As someone who moved 6 times, I've used a variety of moving companies. Here's my review: Good: - Very responsive initially - Competitive rates (kind of negated below) - Very fast and efficient at moving items Mid (Doesn't affect rating): - Boxes quality was poor - Claimed couldn't fit more in truck but far from full, possibly making more trips (But benefit of doubt given) Poor: - Was initially given a range for moving distance fee, but was quoted even higher after they started moving, with the confirmed final price after they loaded and started driving (which negated the competitive rates) - No replies when asked multiple times when they would collect the boxes. Had to throw myself.

   Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that, after six moves with several different moving companies, this experience also did not meet your expectations. For clarity, every customer receives our price list upfront. Each full lorry load is based on a maximum of approximately 70 standard boxes. Items are wrapped and transported on trolleys for protection, and we intentionally do not stack customers’ belongings tightly to the roof simply to make the lorry appear “full.” Any visible space should therefore not be mistaken for unused loading capacity or an attempt to create unnecessary trips. Where a range is provided for pushing-distance charges, the final amount depends on the actual distance and access conditions encountered onsite. Lastly, collection of loan boxes is subject to vehicle and crew availability and must be scheduled in advance, particularly during busy periods. We regret that our follow-up regarding collection could have been clearer. We nevertheless appreciate your acknowledgement that our team was responsive, fast, efficient and competitively priced. We sincerely wish you every success in finding the perfect mover for your seventh move.

   Avoid Tip Top Mover. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and left me feeling misled and pressured. They gave me a very low quote upfront, which was the main reason I chose them. But once they arrived and the move was already in progress, the price suddenly went up with no proper warning beforehand. At that point, I felt trapped — my belongings were already being handled, the move had started, and I had very little room to say no. What bothered me most was not just the higher price, but the way it happened. If additional charges are possible, they should be clearly explained BEFORE the move begins, not introduced when the customer is already in a vulnerable position and has limited options. I personally felt deceived by the difference between the original quote and what I was ultimately asked to pay, and I felt very uncomfortable with the pressure of the situation. This is not how a professional moving company should treat customers. If you are considering Tip Top Mover, I strongly recommend getting every single charge, condition, and possible extra fee in writing before they touch any of your belongings. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them to others.

   We understand that engaging professional movers is convenient, while paying for the services provided may be less enjoyable. Unfortunately, professional moving services cannot operate on a willingness to hire without a willingness to pay. For clarity, 100% of our customers receive the same written price list upfront specifically to prevent hidden-cost disputes. All charges are applied according to that price list and the actual services and access conditions involved. Disliking an applicable charge after the work is completed does not automatically make it a “hidden charge.” If you had any doubts, you could have paused the move and contacted our office for clarification. Completing the entire service and then publicly accusing the company of deception without first allowing us to address the matter is neither accurate nor fair. If you genuinely believe there was an unfair practice, you are welcome to refer the matter to CASE, where we will provide all quotations, price lists and correspondence through the proper channel. However, we reserve all legal rights concerning any knowingly false or defamatory allegations. To put it simply: we provide professional moving services, not complimentary moving services.

   I engaged Tip Top Movers recently to move from my elevated landed home to a condominium. I sent out quotation requests to several moving companies and Tip Top was the most quick, responsive and competitive in pricing. To begin with, I was impressed by the three Tip Top movers who undertook the job. They were very professional and knew what they had to do to protect my furniture and white goods. They carefully wrapped the sides and corners with cardboards and cushioning materials to prevent them from being scratched or dented. I did not have to give them instructions - they knew exactly what had to be done. They gave me peace of mind throughout. Moving heavy and bulky items down a long flight of stairs was a huge and tough challenge. The Tip Top movers maintained their pleasant and polite demeanor throughout their four to five hours ordeal. I could tell they took pains to protect my belongings during the entire moving process. I highly recommend Tip Top Movers to anyone planning to relocate.
