Highly recommend Edison! He is a very professional plumber who is experienced, reliable, and efficient. He is also easy-going, friendly, and a real people person, making the whole experience stress-free. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it promptly, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Edison, for your excellent service and being such a humble man at your age!

I first engaged this plumbing team back in 2023 to help with a choked drain. Unfortunately, the drain access point had been blocked off due to poor original design, so they had to carefully break it open to access the pipe. They were upfront about it and clearly tried to minimise damage, which I appreciated. What stood out was their professionalism and experience. They were able to locate the correct drain access points instead of doing unnecessary hacking. During the same visit, they also helped me diagnose why my shower tap water pressure was weak, explaining that it was likely due to internal build-up in the tap. Fast forward to 2025, I finally took their advice and changed the shower tap (took me two years because it was still bearable at first, but it got worse over time 😅). After changing it, the water pressure is now perfect, exactly as they had explained earlier. Overall, very knowledgeable, professional, and honest plumbers. They don’t just fix the immediate issue but take time to explain the root cause. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended for Mr Edison's reliability and professionalism. Found him via google search result and decided to give him a text. Provided him picture of the severe floor trap choke, he responded with the service cost (reasonable price) and earliest available slot. Arrived on time at the agreed timing and promptly resolve the choke within 10mins. Will be keen to engage him for piping service for my whole house renovation in 2026.

This is the third time we have engaged Edison as our plumber. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing matters and was able to identify the source of leakage under our sink as soon as we shared the pictures. He gave good advice on the leakage and the appliances we were using, and quickly rectified it when he came down. Communication was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽
