William is the best one-stop fuss-free efficient solution for all your plumbing needs! We had leaks due to a faulty bidet and shower head and reached out to a few plumbers. William was the only one who replied promptly and positively. Other plumbers insisted that they could only help with fixing/installing and we had to source for the replacement parts by ourselves. Not William. William helped us to procure the correct parts and even bothered to find parts that matched the colour and style of the original. He arrived at our place very soon after we contacted him to replace the faulty equipment with the new one. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, checking for other issues, and repairing what had to be fixed. Everything worked very well after his visit! He charges very reasonably too. We are so happy that we have found William and cannot recommend him enough!

i engaged SG PLUMBING SERVICES for choke issues but instead it was a wrong info my me and its just sinktab leaking issues. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that suited my availability. The service rendered almost immediate, the plumber arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to work. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process to me. The replacement was completed efficiently and without any mess. I was impressed by his expertise and attention to detail, ensuring everything was installed correctly and functioning perfectly. Kudos to The Plumber!!!

March 2022: My toilet bowl clogged and I tried a few things which didn't work. SG Plumbing were very responsive. Came on time too. Ben was super Pro ie vary capable, and explained what had happened etc. He cleared the choke and price was acceptable for the work done. Definitely a thumbs up to SG Plumbing and Ben! 👍👍 Update June 2025: Today I used them cause my kitchen basin drainage choked and the strongest chemical declogger I could get couldn't get the job done. They managed to fix it and now it runs great.

I’m very impressed with the excellent service provided. The plumber was prompt, efficient, and clearly experienced—he replaced both the shower tap and sink tap quickly and expertly. I’ve called them several times for drainage issues. They are meticulous in asking questions before coming so as to help us better. On site, they will examine problem and will periodically update us and, will even advise on any follow up if necessary. They are experienced and knowledgeable. Price is competitive too. One of the best! ☺️

My toilet floor trap got choke,plus my kitchen flood with water due to choking hence whatsapp him the details and within the next 2 hours he came down to fix the issues. He also replaced my tap water pipe and all settled within an hour! His services rendered was great and its quite affordable as well. Honest chap and the price initially quoted was higher(average market rate) but after fixing,the price was so much lower!:) my kitchen n toilet are smiling now:) tq so much... do engage him peepz:)

Contacted them to replace a leaky outlet valve in my Gustavsberg cistern. Their response was prompt, service man (young man called Ben) came and had it replaced without fuss. Definitely the go-to plumber for me in future!

If you chanced upon this company while searching for a reliable plumber, just go for them. Quoting is straightforward and up front (no ridiculous ‘charge-for-inspection-first’ scheme when the problem can easily be identified via WhatsApp), price is very reasonable for such professional workmanship, and the administrator is friendly and responsive. Our plumber William did a fantastic job. I will stick to them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Very pleased with their expert services. Hdb and town council officers/contractors could not solve the problem. William was able to identify the problem when I explained it over the phone. It was a case of changing the pan collar of the toilet. The other great thing about them is they give you a fixed time slot n didn’t say eg anytime between 2 to 5 pm , which means you don’t have to wait around for them half a day to show up. William said he wld come between 11-12 pm n showed up half an hour earlier! Great job n thank you.

Toilet pipe burst and water rushes in and bathroom flooded in mins! After calling a few plumbers randomly, finally got through SG plumbing and someone came to rescue. Decided to engage a plumber from SG plumbing services after reading all the great reviews. And undoubtedly, Ben is really very professional and capable. Managed to unclog my sink very fast and also explained what caused it. He also taught me basic maintenance/ unclogging of the sink once a month. Danny and his assistant were very skilled and professional. My bathroom toilet had a slow seep at the seal interface with the bowl and the wall. They were able to pinpoint the root cause and solve it. Strongly recommended for anyone as this is also my second time engaging them.

William is a very skilful plumber. He has helped me to resolve my bathroom tap leak, my basin tap leak at my master bedroom toiket when i engage his services. He is also very fast with the replacement. Especially for my bathroom basin, he did not remove the cover and did the bathroom tap change. Really admire his skill. My 5-year-old toilet flush system was not working well though another plumber changed the pump a year ago. Sg plumbing diagnosed it as inlet/outlet issue via video and provided a reasonable quote. The flush worked just like a new system after repair. They also helped to fix my tap foc. A month later the water level got very low. Though it had nothing to do with the change of inlet/outlet pipe, they came down to fix the issue at no charge too. Highly recommend them for their professionalism!

Prompt in replying to WhatsApp enquiries, and transparent in providing a quote. My kitchen tap experienced water hammer for a couple of months and started leaking this week. I was quoted a lower price by another company, but decided to go with William as he appeared experienced and was confident about being able to replace our tap despite the narrow and tight under-sink space. True enough, he got to work immediately once he reached and was done within 10 minutes. Was told of 1-month product warranty and 3-month labour warranty, which is of great assurance. Helpful too and offered to quickly install our water filter on the new tap, and answered a few noob questions I had about water pressure and lifespan of kitchen taps. Would recommend him to family and friends for plumbing issues.
