These photos are before and after. They came timely; 2 service members and as committed to the 1hr cleaning. The working space is quite narrow and they are experienced to navigate. Communication is very adequate and friendly customer service. I am very pleased. Thank you for making the space clean again.

Resale flat kitchen area deep clean - job very well done. They removed kitchen top stains as much as possible and scraped paint droplets from messy paint job (previous owner) on all of the tiled walls and kitchen floor. We are fully satisfied with their service today.

Extremely unpunctual. Calls and messages went unanswered, and I was left waiting without any explanation, despite having paid the full amount upfront. I later learned this was due to a communication error between the admin and operations teams; however, it is unacceptable that no one took the initiative to update the client beforehand. This created a very poor impression. The service execution itself was fine.

They are very extensive in regards to scheduling with their clients. They help to inspect my situation and offered consultation to reschedule my timing to fit my needs. Everything was smooth and well communicated! Cleaning was good as well!

Simple & easy experience dealing with the team. Second time I have used for end of lease clean in Singapore & both times they did an amazing job. Apartment was spotless after the team left. Brought all their own equipment & materials & arrived right on time! Communication was easy via WhatsApp & was even able to add in handyman services to patch up some small holes & damages on the wall with painting. Price was very reasonable considering the amazing job they did. Would highly recommend & have so to friends to use in Singapore.

I urgently needed my parent’s flat to be cleaned and despite it being last minute and the keys to the flat being needed to be collected from a separate place, the company was very service oriented. I recently tried the aircon ledge cleaning service and was thoroughly impressed! removed built-up dirt and grime from the areas around my air conditioning compressor units. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to keep their aircon ledge clean.

I engaged SGcleanXpert to clean my AC ledge as it was littered with pigeons' droppings, broken egg shells, rubbish/clothes from upstairs neighbours as well as renovation debris. Although there was a delay on the day of appointment, Andy did a great job of cleaning up the area. He assisted to inform my neighbours as it was past the agreed appointment time. The cleaning was done smoothly, and he even sprayed-washed my ledge window to clean it. On the whole I am satisfied with the service provided by the company.

Paid $288 for glass cleaning (1 panel) to remove mold/ stain. On the day of the service, what was suppose to be a 0900 appointment was re-scheduled to 5pm, I received a second call to come at 3pm. Unfortunately, after trying for 25 min, the conclusion from cleaner is my stains are unremovable, mold is embedded in between 2 glass (no one can prove) and this company safeguard themselves by emphasising they will collect the full amount whether job can be carried out successfully. Personal experience is unsatisfactory. Job is outsourced to 3rd party, company will insist on their terms (which safeguard themselves), blame on factors unprovable. Gaslight customers. They blame me for using Cif (a common household cleaner) to clean my glass resulting in limescale on my glass. I will not engage this company again. There are options out there with responsible cleaning companies. $288 for a 25 min job?

I hired them and they were able to avail time urgently for me. They did a great job cleaning up. $350, paid to confirm the job. Echo what the previous review says, they were very careful not to dirty the rest of the house or have the water drip down. Highly recommend

It did not met my expectation. Job was done half-hearted, with claims of job completed. Engaged for wall cleaning, left with untouched. Was able to remove the wall patches with just water by self instead.

Hired this company to clean my AC ledge which was filled with pigeon droppings. Communication was quick over Whatsapp. They require full payment on booking, and I paid $350. Do note there are penalties for cancelling or rescheduling your existing appointment. They sent over notices (in English and Chinese) which I pasted in my lift lobby to inform my neighbours of the cleaning. On cleaning day, two guys showed up. Water was taken from the shower stall. They cleaned everything in just 30 mins! They also cleaned the surfaces of the air-con compressors. They also took photos of cleaned areas of the ledge where I couldn't directly see. They took care not to dirty other parts of the house. Highly recommend this company for AC ledge cleaning.

I was very pleased to use this company on marble floor polishing and polishing the vanity top. It is now sparkling and up-lifted all the stains & dirt. The staff was very careful and provided an excellent overall job. He packed all the tools and cleaned up the area before he left my place. He deserved a thumb up.

I had the CNY cleaning service for today and the house is extemely clean after the service. They assisted to ensure all corners r cleaned(moving all movable things out of each room) and get my confirmation to ensure each room r done with great results! Will use them again next year or whenever required!
