   I am really surprise on their service and cleaning standard, theirs girl is so friendly and professional! Very recommend those who no enough time to clean their house!! Already booked for weekly cleaning

   Would not recommend. Booked for a two-hour HIP package. Staff arrived without equipment and told us it would only come 1 hour later and they were going to start without it. Staff were unable to finish 2 toilets so had to extend for one more hour. 15 minutes before the final hour was up, staff were already packing up stating that they were told to leave before the 1-hour timing is up. Also found out from staff that they were not informed that it was the HIP package when we told them to focus on the toilet and floors during the first two hour. Feels like there is a communication breakdown on their end which leads to customers having to pay more. Only saving grace is that the job the staff did was okay. Update (in response to reply) - Changed to 1 star. When one pays for a a two-hour package and the equipment does not arrive at the start of the agreed timing, is that not considered short changing? For clarity's sake which they failed to mention, the initial response when we called immediately upon the arrival of the staff to ask why the equipment had not arrived was for the staff to stop and wait for the equipment to arrive and not that they would provide it as " a gesture of goodwill". For the part about not knowing that the toilets was the main point, it was a HIP package. Am I to understand that the toilets are not the focus in the package when the HIP work is focused on the toilets?

   Good afternoon Zayden Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of other customers. Our team was already on-site for the appointment. However, we were informed that the required items/equipment had not arrived yet, so our cleaner had to wait and the 2-hour cleaning duration could only start from the agreed time when the items arrived, as we had communicated. While waiting, our cleaner had already started cleaning the house for approximately 40 minutes at no additional charge as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the renovation area, we were not informed beforehand that the renovation area was the toilet. As a result, our cleaner was not aware that this specific area required the renovation-related cleaning during the initial cleaning period. We had also explained before the job started that 2 hours might not be sufficient for the required work, particularly given the condition and scope of the renovation cleaning. Despite the time limitation, our team proceeded and completed the agreed cleaning work. We always aim to be transparent about the time required and the scope of work before starting a job. We are sorry that there was a difference in expectation regarding the timing and renovation area, but we hope this clarification provides a more complete picture of what happened.

   Paid $280 for a comprehensive cleaning service. Two cleaners came casually walking in my newly renovated flat WITHOUT equipment!! Just towels. No soap, no cleaning tools. When I asked why she washed my dishes with just a towel and not even the dishwashing soap at my counter, I was asked if I had a sponge. When I said I didn't have any, she offered to USE HER TOILET SPONGE to wash my dishes. At this point I told them to leave my apartment. I would urge the Ministry of Manpower to assess this company and their workers for valid employment passes. I was called by the management for a replacement cleaners. How do you think I would accept that offer? I would NEVER want anyone from this company in my home!! There is only ONE redeeming thing for them to do. And that is a FULL REFUND! If I could give a negative star rating I would !

   Dear Salma, We have reviewed your feedback with our cleaners and Operations Manager and would like to clarify the situation. We acknowledge there was a misunderstanding regarding the sponge. Our cleaner explained that it was intended for bathroom/toilet cleaning and not for washing dishes, although this could have been communicated better. Asking customers which areas require attention is also part of our normal SOP. Regarding the service, the cleaning had only started for approximately 10 minutes before the cleaners were asked to leave. We had also informed you before the appointment that 2 hours might not be sufficient for the required scope. Our Operations Manager contacted you immediately and offered to arrange another team, but the replacement was declined. Nevertheless, we are proceeding with a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We also respect our customers' right to provide feedback, but our employees should be treated with basic respect. During the conversation, insulting language was used, including “FXXKING SHXT” and “GET OUT.” We respect your feedback and hope that any public review can reflect the full circumstances, including that the service had only been ongoing for around 10 minutes and that a replacement team had been offered.    The cleaners worked efficiently and completed the cleaning quickly while maintaining good quality. They were able to understand and follow all of my instructions clearly. Whenever I pointed out an area that needed extra attention, they responded immediately and cleaned it thoroughly without hesitation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely choose them again if I have the opportunity.

I urgently needed an ad hoc cleaning service the next morning at 8.30am, but it was already 11pm and everywhere else was fully booked. Although Snappy Home was fully booked too, they kindly accommodated me ❤️ Fast forward, I decided to discontinue my long-standing contract with another cleaning agency because Snappy Home’s service was better suited to our needs and lifestyle. They were patient, understanding and easy to work with. Since then, both my family and my sister’s household have engaged them for weekly cleaning. The best part? We found a gem!     I hired their team to clean my house after HIP (I renovated both toilets and changed the doors) and opted for the Deep Cleaning package. Their team is really thorough! They wiped down everything down to our toiletries and cutleries etc. One staff even helped to arrange my messy and cluttered storeroom and I am very thankful for that 👍

    I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent cleaning service provided by your staff, Anna and Dkam. I've engaged Snappy home for HIP deep cleaning service. Requested 2 cleaners for 5 hours. Anna was professional and proactive throughout the cleaning session. She not only carried out her work diligently but also offered practical advice, such as placing a protective sheet on top of wardrobes to reduce dust accumulation and make future cleaning easier. I would also like to commend Dkam for her outstanding service too. She was calm, meticulous, and very thorough in her cleaning. What stood out was her initiative in cleaning additional fixtures and areas that we had not specifically requested, demonstrating her dedication and commitment to delivering excellent results.     My mom is in need of a good cleaning of her home. So I contacted Snappy Home, which is the cleaner company that is recommended by my brother in law. The response was super fast. And I got an appointment for the cleaning the very next day. The cleaner, Ms Zin Mar, was a real fast worker. Meticulous and she knows what she is doing.     Snappy Home is a professional and responsible company. I'm so glad I contacted them through their Facebook ad. My new home was renovated in February. I deeply regret not doing my research before hiring Ecological Cleaning PL for $250. This company only sent one employee for deep cleaning. And this Singaporean Chinese male employee was very careless, completing the task in just 50 minutes. Compared to the staff at Snappy Home, it's like night and day. I'm very grateful to Snappy Home for arranging Anna and her two colleagues. They were very responsible and polite, cleaning my new home spotless. I'm extremely satisfied.     Highly Recommended!🎉 I am very happy with the cleaning service. The workers cleaned my whole house very well, from top to bottom. Every room, corner, floor, window, kitchen and bathroom are all spotless and clean. Even hard dirt and stains are all gone. My home looks bright, fresh and like new! ✨ The workers are really nice too. They are very polite, friendly and always smile. They work hard, fast and careful. I don’t need to tell them what to do, they know their job well. They also respect our home and privacy. This is the best cleaning company I have ever used. Everything is perfect and worth the money.     Very disappointed with the cleaning service on 24 May 2026. 3-hour package: * Cleaner arrived 3:06pm, stopped around 5:50pm * Only managed to clean 2 toilets, windows & surface wipe wardrobe * Toilet cleaning was poorly done despite me already clearing toiletries & soaking toilets beforehand * Toilet floors were not properly scrubbed * Used the same dirty black water for all windows, making windows still look dusty * Did not sweep/vacuum after window cleaning, dust left all over the floor * Poured dirty pail water into my kitchen sink with unwashed plates, cups & baby bottles. Extremely unhygienic. * Left dirty pail water on the floor before leaving * I still had to vacuum, mop floors & wipe fans myself after the session Even had to keep reminding the cleaner to change the pail water. Some things are honestly just basic hygiene and common sense. Company did apologise and offered a $10 discount for service recovery, but overall this was still the worst cleaning experience I’ve had.
