    Relocate, run new trucking and chemical clean for master bedroom fancoil. Job completed. Tony and his colleague are friendly and knowledgeable. However after this, 2 solid green lights appear which never happen in the past. I can find more help online from other users.

    Excellent Service & Honest Advice Highly recommended Snowflakes Aircon Services! I was referred to them by a friend, and I’m really glad I engaged their service. I had 3 aircon units that had not been serviced for almost 2 years. The staff was very professional, polite and, most importantly, honest. There was absolutely no hard selling. Although he initially recommended the chemical steam cleaning package for all 3 units, after assessing the first unit, he honestly advised that the other 2 units were still in good condition and did not require chemical servicing. He recommended just the normal cleaning service for those 2 units instead. I really appreciated this as it showed that he was more concerned about providing the right service rather than simply upselling. He also took the time to patiently explain and demonstrate how I could do some basic general cleaning myself to maintain the units between professional servicing. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service, professionalism and honest advice. It’s not easy to find service providers who genuinely put the customer’s interest first. Definitely will engage Snowflakes Aircon Services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest aircon servicing! 👍🏻❄️
