I’m genuinely impressed with this team! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly good at what they do. You can immediately tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job properly. I engaged them for aircon reinstallation ($140), general servicing x2 ($35), and compressor cleaning ($90), and I’m extremely happy with the service. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and the team was thorough, hardworking, and clearly experienced. What really stood out to me was their excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. They didn’t just get the job done, they made sure it was done properly. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. It’s honestly refreshing to come across such a reliable and hardworking team. Aircon suddenly stopped working. Contacted Henry and he came down quite fast. Found the problem and fixed it without asking me to change unnecessary parts. Honest service and reasonable price. Will definitely contact him again.

Supply Cool was recommended by a friend who said they are reliable and consistent. I engaged them for full aircon installation, including outdoor condenser w bracket and indoor units. Workmanship was solid and neat. The bracket was installed securely and the trunking inside the house was done nicely, not messy. They tested everything properly before leaving and cleaned up after the job. Pricing was reasonable with no hidden charges. Very experienced, will def recommend 👍🏻

Mr Henry has been servicing our air-conditioners for many yrs, and he has always been reliable and trustworthy. He also did the installation for all our aircons. Whenever there’s an issue, he does his best to adhere to our schedule and fix it ASAP, even when he is very busy. Prices are also very reasonable. Him and his team are professional and always keep the place clean and tidy after servicing. We recently had some wall concealing work done, and it was done very neatly and well concealed. Overall, we’re very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him

I had a last-minute issue with my aircon at night, it was dripping and I couldn’t reach my usual contractor because he was busy. A friend recommended Mr Henry, so I called him. Even aft closing hours, he answered my call and guided me to put a pail n a cloth to prevent the dripping sound. He also managed to slot me in and arranged for the repair the next day, even though he was already busy with other clients. I really appreciate his help and quick response. Thank you Mr Henry ☺️
