Extremely bad service, they deliver my furniture at downstairs of our HDB house, they say it is too big and cannot help me to move to upstairs, I consider their difficulties and removed the out cover of the furniture and it is able to enter lift, but they said it is not longer their goods any more and then just leave. Cannot imagine such bad service appear in Singapore.
