Very disappointing experience with The Little Lion. I paid a $188 deposit on 18 August for post-renovation cleaning scheduled for 10 September. On the scheduled day, they did not turn up to provide the service. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication afterwards. I made repeated attempts to contact them and requested a refund since the service was not rendered, but my messages/calls were not properly addressed and my refund has still not been received. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution before making any advance payment to this company.

Booked their service on 28 July to clean my house 3br condo with floor scrubbing service @ $538 to be done in sep. Sent them a confirmation on 27 Aug to come on 1 sep 9am. On 31st aug, texted them at 6pm to confirm they would come the next day. Suddenly at 11pm they texted me to say they come on 2nd sep. After refusing. They said they wld come at 1pm on 1st but end up they came at 3pm. They did a poor job. Photos attached of the condition after they left and they didn't not bring the floor scrubbing machine as I paid for. So they said they will come and redo on 3rd sep.. On 3rd sep They no show. Said come on 4th before 11am but no show again. Asked to change to 5th. I said no and refund me. So they said they will come before 1pm. But 1pm no show again. I asked for refund of my deposit but they asked for another chance. I gave them one mroe chance to come on 7 sep 9am. They promised ok because they no work on 7th but end up no show again by 12pm... When they came on 1st, they did a poor job. Didn't do what they said they wld do. All my aircon and fan didn't clean I know this because they didn't even remove the plastic of these things.. Didn't use any cleaning solution. Didn't even bring a ladder to climb to clean the cupboards. facts of the case before u engage them

Excellent post-renovation cleaning service! Very responsive online. The team was highly professional, patient, and meticulous in their work, making sure every corner was properly taken care of. They handled the post-reno dust and debris thoroughly and left the place spotless. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and family. Great job! 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Post-Renovation Cleaning Service! I’m really impressed with Rafiq & Team post-renovation cleaning service. After renovation, there was quite a lot of dust and fine debris around the house, but the team did a really thorough job and paid attention to the details. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t rush through the cleaning. They took their time to properly clean the different areas, including the corners and places where renovation dust tends to accumulate. The difference before and after the cleaning was very noticeable — the house felt genuinely clean and fresh rather than just looking superficially tidy. The team was also professional, hardworking and careful throughout the process. You can really tell when a company takes pride in the quality of their work, and I felt that was the case with Rafiq & Team. If you’ve just completed a renovation and need a proper, detailed post-renovation clean, I would definitely recommend Rafiq & Team. Very happy with the service and the end result! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are happy with the cleaning service from Little Lion, we engaged them to clean our 4 room BTO during renovation: first session for pre carpentry & vinyl installation, and second session for post renovation deep cleaning. They give best value, and their cleaners properly cleaned our house in detailed. Not many cleaning companies provide two step cleaning like this, and we are happy to find Little Lion. Thank you.

I’m impressed with how thorough the team was. The full package ensured every part of the space was cleaned properly. Renovation dust was fully removed, even from areas that are usually overlooked. Great results overall.

Engaging the little lion sg has been a very pleasant experience for us. Right from the quote up till the day of service there was smooth communication. The cleaning was thorough and hassle free. We didn’t have to provide anything to the team. They charge as per the sqft of house and are not time bound. Very good experience and will recommend them to anyone needing a good and reliable service.

Booked them for floor deep cleaning and I can really see the difference after the service. The tiles were very dusty before but after using their machine, it looks so much cleaner and brighter. The team explained the process clearly and made sure everything was done properly before leaving. Overall a very good experience.
