Sofa cleaning is really great, most of the stains are removed as seen in the pictures. They did a professional job by putting treatment and steaming before wet vacuuming the sofa and ottoman multiple times.
For the deep clean of the dining chairs, the effects are still good but some stains still remain as expected. They showed me the amount of dirt extracted for both tasks and it was quite a lot.
I was initially already quite satisfied. However, when I checked the website after the cleaning, I realised that the deep cleaning for dining chairs also included some treatment and steaming which was done for my sofa but I did not see it being done for my dining chairs. Not sure if it was because my chairs were unsuitable for the treatment and steaming but I only saw the wet vacuum being used without the use of the other two. Dunno if these additional treatment will make an even greater difference but even without it the end result is still acceptable to me and they charged a reasonable amount.
Response from the business
Hi Leo, we appreciate your detailed review and are glad you were overall satisfied with our sofa cleaning services.
For your dining chairs, the cleaning methods depend on the material and condition; we will address this concern with our team for future improvements.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're happy to have provided a service with visible results while maintaining reliability. Thank you for trusting us for your home cleaning needs in Singapore!

I just moved apartments so decided to take the opportunity to professionally steam clean my large low pile carpets (200cm x 300cm). Really appreciate Three Butlers’ price transparency and responsiveness.
The cleaners Gabriel and Clarence were thorough, efficient, and professional overall. After seeing how murky the dirty water was from the dust mite extractor and then the water-vacuum, I’m likely to do this more often and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding Post-Renovation & Deep Cleaning Service!
I am extremely impressed with the quality of the post-renovation and deep cleaning service. The team did a truly fantastic job from start to finish. They were incredibly hardworking, professional, and paid attention to every single detail.
Every area of my home was cleaned thoroughly—from the floors, walls, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets, wardrobes, light fixtures, doors, skirting and even the hard-to-reach corners. They made sure all the renovation dust, debris, and stains were completely removed, leaving the entire house spotless, fresh, and ready to move into.
