   Kazzim was responsive to my whatsapp texts when I reached out to him to move an Osim chair. He and his assistant arrived early to our home. He tested the chair then wrapped it with a plastic wrap before they moved it out. It was efficiently moved from our home to the destination. We paid him $80 (through paynow) as quoted after the chair had reached the destination. Thank you, Kazzim!

   They used to be good many years ago and I used them many times. However for the confirmed job today, it was an absolute no show, followed by ghosted calls and messages on Whatsapp. What an utter waste of your customer's time and very disrespectful.

   Engage TWC Movers months back when I bought glass display cabinet. When they reached my lobby, the cabinet glass shattered. TWC Mover agree to pay back the damaged but till now have not receive the money. Police report will be made.

   Unreliable and irresponsible. Don’t be cheated by their 151 5star reviews on Carousell. Booked a slot, confirmed by them but they never showed up. No courtesy to call or sms to cancel job. Called their mobile, and it was always off. Uncontactable. Wasted me and my client’s day to wait for them to transport a fridge, end up got to engage another company to do it. Feel free to engage them if you have time to spare and play ghost with them.

   Despite confirmation, the moving job was cancelled for no apparent reason. They didn’t call me or message me to update any changes. All of sudden, canceled. They ghosted me. My calls were repeatedly canceled and there was zero response via SMS. Atrociously unprofessional. Never again.

   Contacted them to move my massage chair after seeing their strong reviews in Carousell. Contacted them in the afternoon and they came punctually in the evening. Item properly delivered. Very reasonable price. Happy to recommend their service.

    Thus far, this is the best mover company that I've had the pleasure to work with. The first opportunity came when the initial movers that I've engaged, ghosted me on the very day that I needed them to move several items over to my place. I called TWC up out of desperation and was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to assist me. From then on, I've been one happy repeat customer of TWC because everytime that I've engaged them, they NEVER ever disappoint. My items were wrapped neatly, handled carefully and delivered safely and unscathed, every single time. I also find their staff to be honest in carrying out their work, responsible in dispensing their service and take pride in what they do! Thank you TWC for delivering top drawer service, always! Very highly recommended and very deservedly so!

    I’ve been engaging their services since Nov 2018 upto now. So far I’m very satisfied with their service. The owner is actually quite friendly. Their job is hard labor and back breaking, so I guess need to show some kindness and friendly gesture to ease their day. Pricing to me is reasonable if you consider the inflation nowadays. It’s true price quoted sometimes vary but can negotiate before the job starts. I like that they offer to dispose also old heavy items after they bring in the new one. They are an honest company and I always trust them to deliver my items in good condition with some insurance. 👍🏻

    After confirmation to pick up an item this morning (13 Feb), no one showed up. Despite messaging via WhatsApp and an initial reply saying that he/she would check, there was no more response, even after repeated messages. This is very unprofessional and speaks loudly of the extremely bad service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Beware !!

    Boss of the company has bad attitude. Changes price as and when they want. Quoted differently when came to my place. Engage them at your own risk!

    The price that were quoted to me kept on changing and the boss's attitude was very bad. I was quoted $60, verbally communicated through the phone - Including everything (with manpower, trolley provided, no additional charges) Upon arrival, the boss said they only expect 2 boxes, 2 luggage and a shoe cabinet for $60. However I have an additional small box and he quoted me additional $15 for that small box. I told him that I will carry the small box down myself and he didn't accept. So I took up the transportation service instead without the help of them moving for me. I would strongly encourage you guys to list down all the terms and conditions via text before engaging their services, else you will end up like me only left with 2 choices; to not use their service or to move all the items yourself.
