Excellent moving service! The team was professional, punctual and very careful with all our belongings. They handled the packing, loading, transportation and unloading efficiently and with great care. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Mixed experience overall, and unfortunately more bad than good. During the move to storage, the mover dropped my bike in front of me and generally handled my items without much care. When the items were moved from storage to my new place, I found damage on my bed frame. My mattress had also been wrapped so tightly that it was compressed out of shape and is no longer even. Both issues are visible in the photos attached. What disappointed me most was the follow up. I raised these concerns with the admin person over WhatsApp and did not receive a reply at all. To be fair, there were positives. The team turned up in the morning instead of the afternoon as arranged, but the admin person acknowledged the mistake quickly and arranged for the movers to return. The two gentlemen on site that day were careful and detailed with my items, and I would like to credit them for that. So Vimbox has its strengths and weaknesses. For me, the damage and the lack of response afterwards outweigh the good, and I would not use them again.

Considering the balance between price and quality, I was very satisfied with the service. As a Japanese person, I did consider Japanese moving companies, but I felt that Vimbox was superior. The service was on par with—if not better than—moving services I have experienced in Japan; they handled my belongings with care and worked quickly. They even took care of the check deposit for my condominium, which was a huge help. It is a great company that I would confidently recommend to friends.

AVOID THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY. I hired this company to relocate my belongings to Malaysia. My items were picked up on 1 July, delivery would be completed by 7 July. Instead, I only received most of my belongings on 10 July, which was already 3 days late. To make matters worse, some of my items were not delivered at all. I was initially told they would arrive between 20–23 July, but no one contacted me with any updates. I had to follow up myself on 20 July, only to be told that the delivery had been delayed again to 29 or 30 July. Throughout this entire process, there was no proactive communication, no follow-up, and no compensation offered for the repeated delays and inconvenience. Every update came only because I chased them for answers. If you’re looking for a reliable relocation company that values its customers’ time and belongings, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great experience engaging Vimbox for my house-moving. Boxes provided were new and sturdy, with a ream of newsprint paper provided for wrapping up delicate stuff. Brown adhesive tape rolls provided were adequate too. A team of 8 movers came early at 9am, speedily moving the boxes and furniture carefully. Paintings and furniture were carefully shrink wrapped and protected. Thanks, Vimbox!

I was very impressed with the moving team. They were fast, efficient, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the entire move. Moving can be a very stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering that I needed to dispose of several bulky pieces of furniture. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. They gave us the best price out of the 4 companies we asked to move from 2 places to our new place. The admin service was responsive and the moving team were very professional. The first place we moved from, the team was 1.5h late, but I understand that the driver had to take MC. Overall would recommend

TDLR: Broken fixed window panel, dishonest staff, no responsibility and compensation from company, total lack of professionalism. Very disappointing and stressful move. Engage at your own risk. Engaged Vimbox for moving and packing services. What happened: 1. Large crack on a fixed external window panel at the location where the workers had to tilt omnidesk study tables upright for move. Note: Vimbox worker did not point out any prior defects at the window before lifting and upon inspection by owner after the room was cleared he claimed the crack was ‘already there’. Mind you on 2 other occasions, the other workers had point out even the smallest defect - ie fray of a sofa cable and slight scuffs on the sofa leg to alert us of any potential damages. The 2 Omnidesk study tables placed in front of the window panels that were part of the move and the movers were also supposed to dismantle the monitor arms and monitors. The room was largely inaccessible by us as the packers had shifted the boxes to that room the day before hence the movers were moving in and out to retrieve boxes for transport to the lorry. Some red flags, the worker assigned to the 2nd study was unable to remove the monitor arm and was seen using brute force to try to yank it out before we intervened and helped with the arm removal. Lesson learnt - video everything, you never know when it will come in handy. That same worker was left to handle the lifting of the tables into an upright position and obviously denied that anything had hit the window. When pressed further Shivan the overall in charge of the team simply brushed it off as ‘the guy is new, so he may not point out defects’. The ‘resolution’ or lack of from Vimbox after 1 week of the incident happening: A) Vimbox reply: I have checked with management and reviewed the photos & videos together and based on the crack pattern, it doesn’t show signs of impact damage (there’s no visible impact point or shatter) and is more consistent with stress related cracking that develops over time. Note: their management reviewed the photo taken by phone, not the actual glass on site, oh boy, I sure hope they were a building professional or glass expert. Our take: Of course there was no shatter, there’s a 3m solar film that we installed. That’s what’s holding it together. B) Vimbox reply: From our checks, there was no incident during the move that would have caused this. As such, the company is unable to accept liability for the damage. Our take: of course, lifting a heavy 25-30kg omnidesk and impact onto the glass could not be a potential cause for the crack. Lesson learnt: don’t uninstall your CCTV leave it on even for the move, it will be very useful in such disputes. Other observations - Tardiness in pre move cost estimate and consultation. Sales person didn’t even turn up for the first call at the pre-arranged time. Second call - sales person was late. - Pre packing day - 2 staff came, we were around to assist and advise on packing however 1 staff just went ahead and attempted to open the storage bed with baby bed guard despite having issues instead of clarifying and seeking our help. Let this be an expensive lesson that others can benefit from if you still go ahead with them. Also, record the entire move process to protect yourself. Do not recommend Vimbox unless you like stress, engage at your own risk!

Ms Miz Leong, the sales consultant, is meticulous and efficient, it has been a pleasant experience, arranging logistics with her help. Mr Rathish Kumar and his team are professional in wrapping the furniture and loading/unloading them into the truck. They work well as a team and the furniture are handled with care. Will engage Vimbox movers service in future again for their excellent service.

I had a good experience with Vimbox for my recent move. All the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and friendly. Shawn (sales) was always prompt with my enquiries during the early stage. Nida (operation) took over once I've confirmed the contract. She was similarly prompt, and would patiently answer all my questions. And when the big day came, it was fun to watch the team at work. Vimbox sent a team of 8 for my move. Everyone seemed to know what they were supposed to do, handled my items with care, and the teamwork among the guys were very positive. I will definitely engage them again for my future moves.

The team was great and done the job smoothly. But few things need improvement: communication chanel need to be unified. I've got 4 different contact, some of them are not responding. Was Not sure which one i need to contact. Major issue is that they sent a team from Joy mover which they said sister company. They did great job though, but no one explain why a team came that i haven't request.

My first experience with Vimbox movers and it turned up everything was smooth and the team assigned , led by Sivan, had done a great job! The whole process seamless, from moving out from old home and delivered to the new residential place. The team coordination was good and professional. They managed to move 60 boxes, my big hitachi fridge, Bosh washer and a 2.5 recliner sofa without any problem. I will not hesitate to recommend them for anyone is looking for relocation services .

I engaged them when I sold my old place and had to put my things in storage, and about a year later I got them to move my stuff to my new place. Both times, the process was smooth and everything was in good order. The second time was a better experience as the supervisor and his colleague (Malay guy and Indian guy - unfortunately I didn't get their names) were polite and meticulous. Also, I had four locations on my list and they were clearly concerned about getting the right items to the right location. Great communication and professional service!

Excellent services rendered by the VimBox Movers team, from Kim Z, the Relocation Consultant who came to carefully survey our premises in good time prior to our move to Jacky, the Operations Manager and his team who carried out the relocation services for us in a very professional and efficient manner, cutting down the engagement period from two days to only one day. Jacky and his team went the extra mile, in unison with Kim, to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. We will definitely want to engage this excellent team again for our next move! Another common room relocation was managed by the professional Vimbox Movers team on Saturday, 18 October 2025 from St George's Road to Chai Chee Road. The team of three were self-directed and required very little supervision.

Highly recommend Vimbox!! Their movers were all very polite, efficient and careful! On top of that they were very quick as well. They dismantled and reassembled my heavy bed frame in minutes, without a single scratch on the floor. The communication flow with one another is also highly commendable and made things very efficient. They also provide a clothing rack which saved me the hassle of folding clothing items and putting them in boxes. Last but not least, their admin staff Miz was also super efficient and responsive to my queries and their quotation form made it very clear of was included and not included. Moving can be quite stressful but Vimbox gave me a peace of mind with their very experienced movers. Thank you!!!

Positive, great service and efficient movers. We have used Vimbox 2 times in our moves. The recent one was in September 2025. Their quote was competitive. The staff from the accounts, finance and the movers were professional and prompt to reply to any queries I had. Special thanks and a shout out to Ray and his team. They were positive and cheerful throughout the day of move and were easy to work with. Ray was communicative and gave direction to the team. They took care in some of our heavier furniture especially while manoeuvring some tight corners. In summary, we had a positive experience with Vimbox movers, everything went smoothly. Would recommend Vimbox for their service.

Don’t recommend to use their service. The Indian worker are rude and sounds like a boss as other worker listen to him. Always using the phone to video call and also calling all along using ear piece throughout the 5 hours move. I mean it is ok to do this, what I am not happy is that you move a lot of the things that shouldn’t be moving. You should check with me instead of keep video call and taking photo and video call your friend showing the beautiful view from my balcony. When I told him about you move the wrong things wrapping up. He told me that this small things you can take it out from new house and bring it back yourself. Making spoil one of my cabinet leg. Never wrap properly. We are generous people, so I never ask you all to pay for what you made spoil. Just that this company worker especially the Indian boss is rude. Highly recommend Don’t use this Vimbox mover.

I used Vimbox for my house move in Oct 2022 and was really satisfied with their services. I am going to engage Vimbox for my upcoming house move in Oct 2023. This is my 3rd time engaging Vimbox for house move - the latest one on 2 Aug 2025. The in-charge of the team (Men@Work) was the same guy during my move in Oct 2023. The team was efficient and experienced. Great experience although they might not be the cheapest mover in town. Afterall, I am paying the service that I trust.
