Nvr and ever use this company ! Waste money and can’t solve your problem at all . The boss and workers come with a very bad attitude.

Be very careful when dealing with this company and the owner Mr Tan. A sly and dishonest character. People, if you are looking for leaking specialists, please beware, as the company is very dishonest in the way they do business. They will tell you they have the experience to help you resolve the leaks and will do it till the problems are resolved but when you have paid them for the job, the whole treatment starts to change. They will start to draw lines and push the responsibility away, they will claim that they have done their job to stop leak for THAT particular 1 spot and the other after effect around it is not their problem. Everyone, please note that leaking issue is not that straightforward, it doesn’t always stop by just managing 1 spot and the company is cunning to use this against you. You will be left hanging with the same problem and Mr Tan will tell you, if you are not happy you can take him to court. Now, I believe nobody would want to deal with underhanded people like this. All, please be very careful and don’t get yourself into this headache by doing business with them. Unscrupulous company. They will give you all the promises that they don’t intent to honour at the start.

We had a water leakage issue on the roof and Ms Tan from Water Seepage came with her crew to assess the damage. The fix was completed within a couple of hours, efficiently and effectively. And the ceiling was patched up nicely afterwards as well.

I reached out to Mr Tan from Water Seepage for assessment on the water leakage issues I had for my roof patio. He was very knowledgeable and his crew was very professional. They were able to quickly identify the issues and provided me with detailed explanations of where the leak was coming from. After fixing the issue the place was cleaned up well without a trace of the water stains.
