I recently engaged their service based on the reviews here and in FB. It was rather disappointing for me. True the boss is responsive however, the team took longer time to pack up. On moving day, they were late to arrive and had issues with management where to park. (we did told the boss which area is 'designated' when he came to assess the effort), hence whole move was delayed and only completed around 7pm without break for lunch (lucky my new place isnt far away). Everyone was so tired, but the worst part was a part of vacuum was damaged, dining table legs also bent and could not be straighten anymore no more how much they tried to fix, Cloths drying rack bar was also dented were discovered around 7pm. After 1 week of unpacking, further realised a storage box was also broken. The saving grace was the boss acknowledged the shortcoming, apologies and offered to compensate by not charging the move on the spot. We still want to pay the difference as we do acknowledge the hard work of moving the rest of the stuffs, but he turned down. I am not sure if it was due to the team handling my move were inexperienced ... This is my own experience. It may differ for you

I’ve recently engaged with Wilfred and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the moment I contacted him, Wilfred's response time was impressively quick. He was prompt in addressing all my questions and scheduling the move. On the moving day, he arrived on time and handled everything efficiently and professionally. Wilfred's excellent communication and swift service made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Wilfred called me to communicate quickly. Though it's only two days short notice, he managed to provide the house moving service in a responsive manner. He has a good team with both Chinese and English staff. The package is well arranged and the delivery is beyond my expectations!

Would like to thank WZLogistique Logistics & Transportation for a very smooth move 😊 I was worried at first due to bad past experience with other people. but I'm really glad the that Wilfred oversaw and took care of everything, such that the experience was transparent and efficient. Wilfred and his team are very careful with our items specially since alot was fragile - supper appreciate. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much Wilfred and Team.
