I had to ask quite a number of questions to confirm on the new lock’s compatibility with my existing door. I already have a digital lock in place that’s not fire rated and I chose to change to a fire rated digital lock for compliance. Every question that I asked was promptly answered in a professional way. After I placed the order for a Zigbang lock, the installation was scheduled the day after. The installation person was patient in guiding us through the new lock’s features and ensuring that all questions were answered. It has been a smooth and wonderful buying experience. Highly recommend to purchase from them.

Our previous Kaadas digital lock from another company broke just after the 2 year warranty. We went shopping for another one and this was the only shop carrying the Schlage brand, which my friend used for 5+ years without any issues. It was also one of 2 brands recommended by the locksmith who came when my Kaadas lock broke. Arranging was all done easily either online or via WhatsApp. The installers for the door and the lock were all very professional. The lock installer especially took real care to make sure everything was adjusted and aligned properly and spent some time to make sure the closing of the door was smooth. This is a huge contrast to the installation I had with the previous company that just made my door close harder because they couldn't get it aligned properly and close smoothly. The only downside is that there is no showroom but if you ask Vincent for real life photos of the laminates, he will send you some so it's actually better than a small template.

Really fast response. I needed to replace the lock as my old lock was malfunctioning. The company provide very fast and reliable service. They also worked around my work timings. Happy with the product and service.

Ordered the digital lock and got installed the following day! This is a return purchase as my first digital lock with the same brand was installed more than 5years ago and was little faulty. This time ordered similar model (cover and fits the same holes on door) S510 Schlage digital lock which has PIN, cards as well as thumbprint access. Very convenient. Mr. Hong was very helpful and shared information on how to maintain and care for the lock.

Got my digital locks from them for my first house. Sent them a post sales/installation feedback that they didn’t bother to acknowledge (see photo). I tried calling too but to no avail. Now that i have moved and purchased a new set of digital locks for my new house, i realised that their service pales in comparison to my current one. Also, their gate lock kept giving me problems before it hit 2yrs. Avoid at all cost.

I was searching for a digital locksmith who can help with master reset of a lock system of a condo. Base in my situation, they did not quote but reference me to contact the manufacturer direct. An untrustworthy business that manages most communications via a personal WhatsApp account, is unwilling to confirm orders via email or to provide a proper invoice with the name of the buyer and the installation address. They also insist to make the payments outside of their website. Overall a very poor and shady customer experience. I ultimately decided to go for a competitor that was able to provide an official purchase document/invoice.

Waste time. Whatsapp them and they only ask where is my location to fix the digital lock and after that no reply liao. Might as well don't set up WhatsApp function if not intending to reply.

Avoid at all cost. As mentioned by a few other reviewers, these guys are the worst. They will take your money and stop responding to your emails, calls, whatsapps and FB messages. Only revert after 10 days and a FB public post later, to ask for a previously not existing "delivery or installation fee" Just beware.

I have been trying to contact you guys via WhatsApp/calls/ig message for the past 2-3 weeks but was unable to get any response. Your after sales service standard have been nothing but a disappointment. I have purchased a Samsung digital door lock with a gateman gate lock earlier last year May at your store. I have been trying to contact you guys as the gateman gate lock is faulty after a year, hence I needed to seek advise or after sales help with it. However, the lack of response have truly showed me the ugly side of your customer experience that you are offering. Yet I still see the updates and posts from you on all your channels. If this is how the after sales experience is like, people should know it.

Like one of the reviews here. Prompt replies during purchase. But after sales is the opposite. My digital letterbox lock broke down a few weeks after install. Was told to change batteries. I did and worked for a couple of days before it broke down again. Contacted them via whatsapp and fb messenger. Was totally ignored. Bought a digital door viewer from them too. If the viewer is to suffer the same fate as the lock. I guess I have to get a new one from another company. They are clever that they don't have a phone line. All whatsapp and messenger only. Think I have to go down there personally to resolve this. Buy at your own risk. And hope that your purchase do not require any after sales service.

Extremely disappointed with their post sales service. Bought a digital door viewer from them and it broke down within less than 2 months. Contacted them fb messenger & whatsapp they will either take forever to reply or never reply,basically ignoring you. They were very prompt in replying & installation before I bought the viewer & even tell me to transfer the money first before installing. Don’t be fool by them,because if anything happens you will not be expecting a post sales service from them.
