Aside to the miscommunication in timing, the service was superb. They packed everything in an hour with wraps and even blankets as cushioning. The shift was quick and swift. 10/10. All staff are experienced and polite.

One of the worst after-sales service experiences I've encountered. The movers delivered my furniture to the wrong floor, and despite weeks of reminders via WhatsApp, there has been no resolution, no accountability, and no genuine service recovery.
The company's promise on google review to investigate and offer a refund in response to my earlier feedback - yet failed to follow through. A company's true character is revealed when problems occur—and in this case, customer support is non existent!!
