Patrick was very helpful throughout the process from me asking for quotations to the last mile delivery where he would give me timely updates. My items arrived as scheduled and in original condition. Would recommend for anyone planning to engage international delivery!

I hesitated to leave the full text because you were a recommendation by a friend but since you called me out and said I shouldn’t leave one without text, here it is in full for the world to see. **1/5 — Furious. Do not use this company.** $970 quoted — nearly $100 more than another mover charged for the exact same job — and somehow this was the worse experience by every measure. Packing alone took 4 hours. The other company did it in 2, properly. Half the crew just stood around with no idea what to do, waiting on one foreman to make every decision, while the other company's team used their own initiative and got on with it. That other company finished the entire job — packing to unpacking — in 5 hours total. This one took 8. They showed up without enough packing material and treated my belongings like garbage. A painting handed down to me from my uncle — irreplaceable, not something I can just go buy again — was left completely unwrapped and placed paint-side down directly onto other boxes. It is now torn at one edge. My carpet was dragged out and dumped, unwrapped, on the floor of my building's lobby, in front of my neighbours. Then, mid-move, they told me I'd need to pay for an extra vehicle — despite the previous movers doing the identical job in two trips with zero extra charge. (SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED) At the new place, I told them directly to be careful. They refused to disassemble the dining table — something the other moving company did without issue — and in manoeuvring it whole, gouged 2 nicks into my door frame. This is a BRAND NEW door frame, in a home I moved into straight after renovation. Damaged before I'd even properly lived in it. The same table — solid walnut — came away with scratched legs. Then the bench: left sitting there disassembled, no explanation, until I asked why. When they finally put it together, they installed it backwards. I pointed it out and the guy tried to gaslight me — insisted it was fine, I was wrong — until I furiously told him to take the damn thing apart right then and showed him myself. Only then did he sheepishly go "oh, haha." On top of all that: my desk was never put back together, just abandoned. They weren't even going to reassemble the bed frame until my wife had to step in and demand it. So: I paid more for a job that took 3 hours longer, had a piece of my late uncle's memory torn, had a brand-new post-renovation door frame gouged, had a walnut dining table scratched, was hit with surprise charges, and received zero compensation. I tipped the other movers on the spot — I couldn't wait to get this crew out of my house. Follow-up with their sales team was a joke — canned, robotic responses that read like they were copy-pasted from ChatGPT, not a single person actually taking ownership of the damage. If someone recommends this company to you, they are not your friend. Avoid Sky Moving Services. Save your money, save your belongings, save yourself the anger.

Patrick was exceptional in his kindness and patience. He promptly addressed all my queries and demonstrated flexibility with the relocation arrangements, ensuring a smooth transition to my confinement apartment and back home. We were also thoroughly impressed with the team's dedication to ensuring our home was ready for the scheduled mould treatment. They helped us reposition our furniture 30cm away from the walls and carefully removed the wall-mounted TV and pictures.

We opted for Sky moving services for our local apartment move.Mr. Patrick was very reponsive and helpful during the pre move phase with promopt assistance with quotes and details. On the day of the move, Mr. Ganesan and the moving team arrived on time and worked very efficiently to ensure a smooth relocation for me and my family. There were no damages of premises. All in all highly recommended. The entire team is very polite and hard working.

Sky Moving Services and Joseph in particular were incredibly helpful with our international move. The communication was excellent in the lead up to it and, on the day, the packers were incredibly efficient and well organised. All of our stuff was looked after well in storage as we were not moving to our new apartment until a few weeks later and this was all handled smoothly. Ganesan and his team moved 3 full truck loads of stuff from my home to my new place today and they were amazing. They started in the morning around 10am and finished at 7pm. They were cheerful and polite, showed really great attitude and were so hardworking. Everything went smoothly and I’m so glad I can chose them for the move. My first experience was with Sky Moving Services when my international incoming cargo was handled in Singapore. I was impressed by the services. We worked with Sky Moving Services after evaluating about 3-4 Packers & Movers in SG and I must say, they turned out to be the most professional in their interaction during the initial survey and costing exercise and communication through the entire move. Patrick has been super responsive and supportive. They were organized, careful during the move and overall efficient, in particular his Operations lead: Ranga. I hired Sky Moving Services for my local movement. The service was really good, hassle free, packing quality was good to make sure furniture and other fragile items like TV etc are safely packed. Ganesan the team lead was very soft spoken and well behaved, he made sure the packing and loading is done in time. I would recommend this company to others also for their packing and moving.

Very prompt and efficient handling, right from Jon during quotation, Patrick for close communication throughout the process, and Raghu and Niswan and their team for all packing and unpacking. This Is my 2nd time using Sky's Moving Service for my mom's house shifting. Price wise is fairly negotiable based on our requirements. Patrick and team has been patience enough to serve our needs. To have their team stratergically plan both disposal and moving of furniture in the house, moving is such a breeze within the time recommended. Overall, great service and friendly service. We recently moved and engaged Sky Moving Services to handle it. The staff were incredibly helpful with the delivery of packing material a few days before the move and ensured that we had everything needed. On the day of the move we hardly had to lift a finger and it was completed in 3 hours. Special mention to Ganesan who facilitated the move w/o much hassle. Highly recommend them!
