We used Elite Movers for our intra-city move in SG. They offer an attractive price/quality ratio package and offer you to use recycle cardboard boxed ( which convince me to use them frankly). They arrived in time, packed efficiently and safely. Staffs are very nice people, friendly and knowledgeable.Unloading on destination was very fast, with no damage to both place and to our belongings. Overall 5*, definitely recommended

We had a very good experience with Elite Movers, who handled the entire process of our move in a smooth and efficient manner, from the initial site visit to determine the number of boxes needed to pack our things to the move itself. Really appreciated their efficiency and the care they took with our items during the move. None of our fragile items were damaged, and we had quite a few!

I deeply regret not reading these reviews before using the ironically named 'Elite' movers. Reading these reviews now, I can only confirm my experience to be the same as many reviewers here; terrible service and communicaiton from the movers and owner who (as per the other reviews) were extremely rude, arrogant and, in my case, threatening. The movers ignored all of my instructions regarding what I wanted them to take extra care of, what to wrap carefully and the order to unload items at the destination. Beyond the lack of courtesy and professionalism to listen to the customer, I had damaged items not wrapped properly or dragged across floors. The floor of my rental unit was also damaged and when I pointed this out to the head mover he just said "don't worry about it" and walked away. I tried repeatedly to communicate with the team on site and was ignored every time. When I contacted the company over the phone, the response was immediately defensive, placing the blame on me, also not listening or understanding the issues. They claimed I had approved the job because I paid? When I told them I was completely ignored throughout the job and paid as I felt pressured but then contacted management immediately for help, they claimed the movers did not have enough space to do a proper job? The delivery space was 30% larger than the pick up space. It was all dishonest and incorrect information from head office. I found Elite moves to be dishonourable operators and I urge anyone considering their services to take the time to read the all these reviews and make an informed decision. I will never use Elite again and strongly suggest people avoid them.

I would like to thank the team of packers/movers who came to help with my house move. They arrived early; were organised and efficient; and had the move completed faster than expected! My husband and I were impressed with the services and we both can't help agree that they're an elite team! I am glad I have chosen the company for my house move. This is the third time we're moving with them and they even sent the same wonderful team. We asked them to pack for us and with our 2 bedrooms, they came in, packed, and moved us all in one hour (!) We did move in the same building and we don't have much furniture but it was still impressive and they were careful about not scratching surfaces, plus checked with us constantly what was ours and what was the landlord's so they moved the right things. They also were helpful in applying to the condo for the permit to use the freight elevator- all in all, a wonderful experience- again! And as I mentioned last time, recycling boxes is the cherry on the cake for us- we didn't have to buy boxes and at the end of it they took them back to reuse! :)

Some of our things were not packed and when we informed the supervisor or manager they were blaming us that we have not checked all the cupboards. When we are paying so much money why should we keep checking if all packed or not. Supervisors job is to check all this. Moreover after unpacking I have realised that one of a valuable item has not been packed or what happened don't know. I cannot find the thing in the old house nor in new house. I will never suggest anyone Elite Movers.

If you want a moving experience without headache, I definitely recommend Elite Movers. The crew was very efficient, fast, yet gentle when handling my furniture. They cleared my apartment in just 40 minutes. Eden was very helpful as well, answering my questions, and giving us advices. 10/10.

The moving journey with Darius and the moving team was excellent. Darius was very detailed and gave good advices. The moving team were punctual and very cheerful throughout. Everything was moved and relocated to my new place within 3hours.

Our pleasant experience began with meeting Eden who does a wonderful job advising us on the number of boxes needed and giving us tips on house moving. Then the office staff were so cheerful and helpful too. House moving is always such as stressful event but when their staff came in 2 trucks with over 20 cheerful guys who love things with such coordinated speed and rhythm, it makes moving a humorous fun activity. I’ve recommended them to all my family members too. Really thankful they are so reliable and supportive!

Quality service, the moving team did everything efficiently and it was a painless experience with them moving my things from condo to condo. furthermore, they even helped in solving some issues about fitting our shelves into the storeroom, and moving our digital piano up a small space. would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality movers.

Earlier this year having plans to move house. Came to know Darius and Zhi Qiang from Elite movers. Having to speak to Darius on my requirements , he refer me to Zhi Qiang to discuss on the details and arrangements. Both of them were very responsive on my enquiry before the actual move. I'm so glad that I had engage them as my movers as they were able to help me on some last minute arrangements. Really thankful to get it done and solve within a short period of time. If you are looking for movers, don't hesitate to engage Elite movers , I'm sure they won't disappoint you. Good price, good service, good company. Quoted from them: most important you happy we happy. Very swift movers! Slight miscommunication before moving day, but all movers were professional during the move day iteself. Moved all my belongings to my new house very efficiently. Even kept me updated about any problems they faced and gave alternatives on how certain items can be reassembled at the new place. Reliable!

Poor experience. Some examples: - I have expensive office chairs with wheels. One mover was rolling both my office chairs across the tarmac of a public road. Severely damaging the 100 USD set of wheels on each chair. I told him, "hey uncle please stop doing that, we have to lift it". He replied in mandarin, "got wheels why can't i roll it?" And after a lot of insistence and him refusing to change tack, his supervisor came over and carried the chairs instead. - my fridge was dented in the move. They did not secure it properly inside the truck and it tipped and hit another object. The LED screen on the fridge had it's corner cracked off - my microwave was severely scratched, huge paint patch chipped off. they did not wrap it with the cling wrap (there's no way i could monitor every single object being moved). I did not pursue compensation - did not think it was worth my time. But just provided negative feedback to the supervisor. I will not recommend elite movers to anyone. Buyer beware.

I had used elite movers for my move. Like what some other comments have mentioned, it is not so elite at all. I should have read though the comments before going ahead with them, and I hope all of you reading this will think twice and share this with your friends and family. Here is my experience with the move. Brian, the owner, was the one handling the move. During the move he had scratched my newly renovated walls. Which I told him to leave it as I still had contractors at my place who will have the right tools to mend it. He insisted on doing things his own way even though it’s not his house, went and covers the crack messily and on a colour that did not match. And he asked me paint to cover it. That was not the end of it. My master bedroom’s bathroom was still not fully fixed, yet he went and washed his tools in the toilet without asking me first which I feel was extremely rude and lacked manners. As the toilet was not fixed, he created a mess and water was spilled everywhere and all over my furniture. Not apologetic at all, he insisted he was helping when the fault was his right from the beginning. Extremely rudely and arrogant, he started shouting at me even louder and angrier. He even started to threaten me saying, (in his exact words) “SINCE YOU HAVE SO MUCH MONEY, I PAY YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND I MOVE EVERYTHING BACK TO YOUR OLD PLACE. YOU GO AND FIND ANOTHER MOVER” This has been an insane experience, never in my life have I ever met someone so rude, arrogant and self righteous, let alone someone who calls himself a boss. NEVER EVER TRUST THE OWNER AND THIS COMPANY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Engaged Elite Movers 3 days ago for my local move. The team arrived at 9am sharp as per appointment and were super fast and efficient in moving out the boxes and furniture within 75 mins. Great teamwork displayed and everyone performed well in their roles. Items were delivered to location and job completed at 1130am to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended. To add: Email response to my enquiry email was within 2 hours and the surveyor took just 15 mins to assess the items and provided a quotation on the spot.

We used them in Aug 20'. They were very responsive on email, came on time for the move, managed the whole move in 2-3 hours, were super quick without causing any damage and is reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We engaged Elite Movers for our move in June 2020. There was a palpable camaraderie in the team that came. They were very coordinated in the move. The furnitures were properly wrapped and some items e.g. TV were covered with cardboards. The team members were designated to do specific tasks and yet they helped each other in a synchronised manner which made the move a lot less stressful for us. We soon recommended them to some friends/neighbours who were looking for movers. We would engage/recommend them again. Oh yes, the price was also reasonable.

Excellent and highly recommend moving service. My family used a total of 180 boxes and have many fragile items in the house. From 5 vintage grandfather clocks to hundred of bottles of wine, everything was packed extremely well with the help of their staff. There were 6 moving trucks and we were able to uproot and move in under 8 hours; including halting due to heavy rain. Another notable quality is staff were energetic and proactive even though we have a basement, level one, level two, attic, and not a single complain from any of them. It’s commendable that not a single box or furniture was out of place. Additionally, staff were extremely careful with not scratching the floor.
