I engaged Assalaamu’alaikum Enterprise for both residential relocation and storage services. The team demonstrated a high level of skill in handling bulky items. They efficiently dismantled large furniture such as a king-size bed and various gym equipment, including my power tower. The power tower was carefully dismantled before storage and later reassembled upon retrieval without the need for any instruction manual. All items were returned in perfect condition, with no damage or missing parts. Throughout the process, the crew was punctual, professional, and careful with every belonging. Communication was clear, and the pricing was fully transparent from the beginning, with no unexpected charges. Both the moving and storage services were reliable and well-organised. My experience with with them was great. I rent a storage space from them. when my house was under renovation. The service was great! And staff are great and very respectful! I was looking for movers for close to a month until 1 of close friend recommended me to Yusman from Assalamualaikum Enterprise. Told him my move date,from where to where and that was it. The first movers who refuse deposit. The day came and all the men came punctually,greeted with warm smiles and they worked so fast. 230pm came and by 345pm all my things reach my new home. Very impress with their professionalism and how they handles all the boxes and furniture. They also assisted me with some disposal. I highly recommend AE for your next move. I used Assalamualaikum Movers for my 3-room flat move in July 2025. The booking process was smooth, and the quote was clear with no hidden charges. The team arrived on time and handled my furniture with great care, especially fragile items like my TV and glass cabinet. They worked efficiently and were very polite throughout the move. Zero follow up upon requesting for a quote for moving services. They are for pictures of items to be move which have been provided but they then went quiet. I guess business must have been very good that they got no time to entertain or maybe we are not celebrities hence the zero service. I thought I wanted to support a fellow muslim business but oh well.

This is my 3rd time engaging AE movers. I would highly recommend them for their integrity. Cik Mohammad and his colleague went the extra mile to figure out how to dismantle a complicated bed frame and had it delivered in the best condition. Thank you AE.

Improper form up, abrupt lane change, failure to signal, irresponsible driving behaviours endangering life. Proceed to lane change despite me horning him several times. 3rd lane is a left turn only lane while 2nd lane is a sharing lane (left turn and straight). Driver went from 3rd to 2nd lane while turning and without singal or due care. I was at the 2nd lane since the beginning. He was in the wrong but still came up with senseless reasons like "cannot over take while turning." Not an intelligent response on his part. Update: I have to go past him to consider "overtaking," but I wasn't. He just cut into my lane while turning and continued to do so even after honking him on a straight (he argued that there was only 1 left turn lane, which was wrong). I would normally email / text the company. But your driver alight and confronted me while I was making a delivery. That's road rage, by the way. I would've taken down this comment if you stopped at the first paragraph. His failure to read road marking is a hazard to all road users. That is unethical, and that you agreed with him. This stays up.

Booked them more than a month in advance but mover didn't turn up during the scheduled time. Called them 3 times but no answer. Sent Whatsapp msg and also no reply. Received a call an hr after the scheduled time saying that they have arrived but I have already left the house. Very disappointed with their service.

Moving out day (20th October 2023) The team look was superb. Told them which item to go and not to go. They manage to dismantle, pack and load under an hour. Upon arrival to my new house, assembly and unloading took them less than 45mins. I'm very impressed with their professional staff and the service they provided. In other words, PUAS HATI AND TAK MENYESAL engaged them.. Alhamdulillah..

Generally responsive but poor experience with them. Movers were late to arrive on moving day, was surprised with additional bill and this was not laid out prior or informed during site survey, some of our furniture were damaged because of the poor wrapping. Maybe just unlucky or think good services are meant for influencers only.

How do I start of? It's both me and my husband's 1st time shifting from my BTO flat to another resale flat. Previously we didn't engage any movers as there's not much movable items to bring over to our previous BTO. So when we decided to shift house, I've decided to engage Assalaamu'alaikum Enterprise service due to raging review (side note: not all reviews are reliable and trustworthy!) but I followed my guts/instinct to proceed with their services. Touch base with Abg Mohd, and initially got some hiccups on the moving date but he somehow sacrificed his time to slot our delivery date (alhamdulillah!!). He and his colleague (until now I dont his that guy's name) came slightly later which I expect because my slot was not supposed to be there to begin with but I need to vacate the previous house soon, i am thankful already. I'm amazed at how they arranged our items all onto their trolley and BAM within less than an 1 hour we are already set to move off. They assist u in every way they can and won't give any hidden quote. N their extra hand in laundering their service in such a manner make sure everything able to fit in right to our new flat especially on my refrigerator. He used his expertise for my refrigerator to get inside the house, ma shaa Allah. I trust them so much that I even asked them to go over my previous place to collect the finale items because I know what they need to do all so I dont have issues giving my pin code to my door. I'm extremely glad I engaged their service because everything right from the head to the toe, it's all superb! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!
