Happy with the service provided by Andy and team. Will use them again if I require moving service. Highly recommend! Was sourcing around and have spoken to a few moving companies. Then Andy, Hui Wen and team caught my attention when they were moving my neigbour's stuff and I just casually asked for their number. Hui Wen amd Andy's response was super fast. They dropped by my house immediately after their move. And again, super fast and fuss-free quotation. Hui Wen followed up closely and I engaged their services immediately. I am impressed with their team work under Andy's leadership. Very efficient in packing, fast in moving but at the same time careful and professional. A very pleasant move for my family with the help of this experience and polite team. Thumbs up for Andy, Hui Wen & team! 👍

First and foremost, a big thank you to Andy and his team for facilitating our house move. From the start that we were in discussions, Andy was very polite, professional and responsive to all queries. Pricing was also very reasonable. Above all, the move was done without any hassle, and completed within 2.5 hours. All items were treated with utmost care, and in particular, an effort was made to cling wrap everything to ensure that nothing was damaged during the moving process. Kudos to Andy and the team for their efforts, will be sure to be in contact in future, and will definitely refer anyone who requires logistics services.

2nd review on Dec 2022: Engaged their service twice. Very satisfied with their professionism and fast action. Trying to accommodate to my request even though they are rushing to another site after mine. Andy and his team are always so friendly and patient. In our whatsapp conversation, Andy is always so polite and cheerful in his reply. Will recommend their service to anyone that need a mover service. Thumbs up for Andy and team. 👍 1st Review on Sep 2022: Professional and super friendly mover. Was surprised that they managed to help store all my items of 50+ boxes and package in a 44 square feet storage space. Helping me to save cost for additional storage. Their price is also affordable and reasonable. Strongly recommend to engage their service.

My friend referred me to Andy and have been using their service ever seen then. Always going the extra mile to help me and they are always on time. Takes the effort to call you if they are expected to be delayed. Reasonable Pricing and most importantly, i can trust them to do a good job!

I was referred to Cloud Boom by Ascent Movers as they had a packed schedule. Booking with Cloud Boom was seamless and easy. Lowest quotation I've gotten. Movers were held up by the heavy rain, so not their fault. Movement was fast and efficient. All my stuff were intact and in good condition after the move. Will definitely recommend!

Boss Andy has got integrity. Used their service to move washer and dryer. But placement was not right and was shaking badly. Men return to do job again. Didn't want to accept a transport charge but this 2nd time effort must be compensated. They redo the job and trouble shoot washer to ensure it is not shaking. V patient v professional. I appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased and satisfied with Andy and his moving crews. They’re all very professional, helpful and polite. Our questions and concerns were always answered promptly and handled carefully. Both Andy and his moving crews were always open to discussion and providing solutions as our showcases required some disassembling before moving to the 3rd level by staircases. Their services are very comprehensive, from end to end. They liaise promptly with our forwarder and handled the 20ft container properly to their loading bay. Unstuffing of the crates (containing our showcases) from the container was swift and efficient, making sure no damages to the floorboard of the container as well its cleanliness. Uncrating of our showcases was done in our presence with proper checking and explanations. They’re also experienced in handling glass and heavy items (with fragile surfaces). Wrapping were done in several different layers. Placement of these items (different parts of our showcases) in the trucks was planned properly for safety and as cost efficiently as possible. Careful but swift maneuver when moving up the staircases. Assembling of the showcases at our studio was carried out carefully and properly. Overall we’re very pleased and thankful with Andy and his moving crews for all the hard work and their professionalism. Highly recommended and will definitely engage their services again.

Excellent service. Move a couple of boxes an a heavy safe. All items were appropriately shrink wrapped all items and the team was careful when moving them. When the rack was not high enough for the item, the team promptly offered to readjust it without me moving a finger. Team members were also friendly and cheerful. Definitely a 5 star service!

I am sharing my honest review and have been following William for 1 year. Rest assured William and his team is definitely your trusted and reliable mover you can count on! William help me with my warehouse in Nov 2021 and Jan 2022. I am facing some issues with the previous mover I have engaged, guess what? My warehouse left with 30% of the job and the current mover time's up, his movers just leave! Whoever engage a mover, please check carefully! Xx mover told me they giving me 8 movers for 4 hours, having so many movers but lift not enough to use is pointless! All the movers are idling and 4 hours later they just leave without telling me. When i contacted the so called "agent", he have the cheek to tell me its a 4 hours service, I'm paying $1000 for 1 way and it's just moving from my current block to next block without driving. I am still grateful with William and his team, they took over my job and solve my problem. It is not a joke for a warehouse to clear empty. A good boss like William will lead his team to be like him, they are all nice people and until now i am using him for my house moving. I sold alot of bulky furniture and engaged William to move for me. I post my items in caurosell and im surprised my buyer says his rate is affordable than lalamove😅 believe it or ask for a quote:)
