I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Due to their monopoly or lack of competition in the area, I was forced to use their service despite the absurd overcharge. Their pricing structure is completely unreasonable, and there are no clear justifications for the inflated costs. To make matters worse, there was no transparency in the billing process. I was left with no recourse but to pay, as they’ve cornered the market. If I had other options, I would avoid this company at all costs. For now, I can only warn others to carefully review their pricing before committing, if you even have a choice.

There was some electric short circuit at home, decided to call them, waited few hours but soon received a call, the person kept telling me he wasn't able to find my house. Had to wait a couple more hours only to be told that they had done their part and charge me for the service. What is going on?!

BEWARE OF RUDE BUSINESS PRACTICE! In urgent need of their service and decided to enagaged. But after conversing on payment and asking for invoice seems so difficult. Beware! because what you will get from your request will be rude responses, we aren't difficult customers. To the business owner, if you can't be nice to genuine customers then don't be in this service line at all. Not recommended.
