We recently installed a total of 7 pieces of 7 & 8 Doors, which was highly recommended by our ID, Alfred Lee from Design4Space. We had an excellent experience with the 8Doors installation team , Feng, Sajib and Azizul. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were attentive, helpful and professional throughout the entire installation process. They also took great care to keep the work areas neat and tidy, with excellent attention to detail and quality finishing. We are very happy with the overall experience and the quality of the doors and installation. Highly recommended 8Doors for their excellent quality, workmanship and professional service!

We recently engaged 8DOORS for our home and couldn’t be happier, largely thanks to Jenny. From start to finish she was professional, patient, and incredibly meticulous, taking real time to walk us through all our options in detail rather than rushing us into a decision. She had her team come down personally to measure our door specifications, and once everything was ready, she sat down with us again to go through every detail before confirming the order. Feng and his team were very patient and meticulous throughout the installation. They made sure every small adjustment was done properly and were quick to rectify any issues on the spot. Installed Velto, Velto Glass and Sereno Synchronized Sliding Doors in our terrace house. Excellent quality and looks. Was served by Nicole and Jenny who were prompt in their response and support from door selection to installation and after-sales service. Highly recommended!

Zean has been very helpful during the showroom visit, and answered all of my questions regarding the material and installation. We also got some free samples of the PET board for paint matching. Mondol & Aktar did a wonderful job installing my new door, and answering my questions. They arrived around 6.30pm, and finished everything up nicely in 2 hours. Hope their boss will see this and give these chaps a well-deserved bonus!

We engaged 8 Doors because we believed in the quality and aesthetics despite the premium pricing. On 30 April, measurement was done and we repeatedly emphasized that the doors were urgently needed between 13–15 May due to our existing flat handover in a week. We have many belongings that need to be moved into the original condition room. Specially arranged a trip for the painter to paint that room and can lock the room with 8 doors being up. Unfortunately, despite confirming measurements multiple times, we were informed today on site that this particular door was fabricated wrongly because the order was submitted incorrectly from their side. With only one week left before our handover timeline, this came as a huge shock and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. What is disappointing is not just the mistake itself, but the handling of the situation. Daily responses of “will update tomorrow” without any concrete solution do not help resolve the urgency we are facing. This is not a situation where a simple apology can make up for the inconvenience caused. We chose 8 Doors expecting professionalism and reliability, especially for a company with such reputation and pricing. It is honestly difficult to understand how such a critical order submission error could happen after measurements and repeated confirmations were already made.

I was served by Ms Nicole when I ordered 3 doors from 8Doors. As we were living in while renovating the house, we had requested Nicole to assist in expediting the production process from 6 weeks to shorter. She managed to install the doors for me in 3 weeks after measurement, of which I am appreciative. The installation was also done with care. The quality of the doors and frames are of high standard and although it is a lot more expensive than normal doors, I think it's worth the value.
