    Edwin have done a very gd job! My Samsung fridge was not cold, immediately Google found A-MAC, Edwin answers my call told him the problem. Of course he can't come over immediately but he given me the time 9pm-10pm. I didn't mind waiting, he came on time 👍. Best was he has spare parts in his car! He did a very good job! Very happy with his service! Thank you Edwin!

    Called and asked for a quote regarding an issue with miele built-in fridge. Just replied they cannot do. Asked if they have experience on the issue I am facing, and just cut me off and said cannot handle. Bad service

    I contacted this refrigerator repair service yesterday at around 9.30 a.m., and we agreed on a service window between 7–9 p.m. that same evening. I planned my entire day around this. By 8:50 p.m., there was still no sign of anyone arriving, no update, and no communication whatsoever. Only when I reached out did they casually mention "schedule was a bit tight” and could come past 11pm. This is completely unacceptable. What’s most frustrating isn’t just the missed appointment — it’s the total lack of responsibility and basic courtesy. When someone’s fridge is malfunctioning, it’s not a minor inconvenience. Food spoils quickly. Time matters. Every hour counts. The least a service company can do is communicate delays or cancellations so customers can make alternative arrangements. Instead, I wasted over six hours waiting, while the contents of my fridge continued to warm and spoil, when I could have contacted another repair service. That time is not something I can get back. If this company cannot honor agreed time slots or even provide a simple update, it shows a complete disregard for their customers. I would strongly advise others not to rely on them — unless you’re prepared to have your time wasted and your situation made worse.

    I was extremely satisfied with this washing machine repair service. The repairman, Mr. Toh, not only arrived quickly but also demonstrated high professionalism. He quickly and accurately identified the cause of the leaking hose and efficiently completed the repair. What surprised me even more was that he proactively helped repair the detached button, showing great care and attention. Throughout the service process, his friendly and responsible attitude made me feel very reassured, and I highly recommend him.
