Technician (Mr Wong) arrived early and was very thorough with his work. Aside from cleaning/servicing the units and compressor, he also identified the issue with the compressor and fixed it. Despite the busy CNY period, Mr CK, the coordinator (and likely the owner) was very efficient in coordinating everything. He also provided an invoice via WhatsApp after the job was done. I would highly recommend them and would use them again to service the units.

Technician arrived within the agreed time. Knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up my aircon even though it was a repair call. Also helped to clean up the floor, and it was not just going through motions. Would call them again if needed.
