Signed up on their website as a babysitter. They asked for a non refundable payment before the interview. Should have suspected something shady in that already. In the end no response from Chloe & after that she had an assistant. The assistant used to give appointment on that day itself like we have nothing else to do. Once i told them to let me know in advance instead of that day itself. Then silence already. I had a friend who after pushing so much finally got an interview. She has years of experience in babysitting & infant care + child care educator. Yet they did not call her for any assignments but in the group have so many parents in need of babysitter. When tried to ask they say not available but the assignments kept repeating like those poor parents in the end had no one. The hourly rate is so low already & they still take a cut from that. Taking non refundable payments from people & not even arranging an interview or providing a job. The reviews here speaks for themselves. So many 1 star honest reviews about this company & how they are ghosted or cheated of paying upfront then having no cleaners or babysitters show up. Disappointing company. Idk how it is still here. Maybe that's why Chloe insist on non refundable upfront payments because if not no one will pay for a no show service & ghosting service. Better take money first and run. Would give 0 stars or negative if possible. 1 star is too generous for this company's service & attitude.

Terrible service! Twice the helper didn’t turn up and I called, no answer. Messages, no reply. Terrible terrible service. It left me no options for any backup plan as it was always last minute no show. There is no emergency number to contact too. Not gonna recommend and advise you all not to choose this company. Not reliable at all. Another incident! Terrible service! The helpers are irresponsible, always MC last minute and the company doesn’t even inform or take any actions when helper MC. I waited and it’s such a waste of time! Terrible service! Pls DO NOT engage this company! Another indecent Jesus!!!! It’s been more than 5 times, their helper cancelled on me and I was not being informed. I got to know last minute and the helper said she had informed the agent, unreliable service and can’t reach out to any customer service when emergencies like this happened! SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!

Engaged their services for post HIP upgrading and I have to commend the ladies that came in. They did an excellent job in cleaning and making my home dust free. I was feeling unwell and lost my voice and they took the initiative to carry out the works in my home without me having to say anything. Definitely recommend and will engage them again.

I am very disappointed with the service. I booked a cleaning session for today, but the helper never showed up. I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. I also called the helper directly, and she informed me that she had not even been assigned to my booking. This lack of communication and poor coordination is extremely frustrating, especially when customers make plans based on confirmed appointments. Since the service was not provided, I expect a full refund without any delay. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Some freelancer nannies dont want to accept hfmd cases as they are contagious but the agency was still able to provide us a professional babysitter to care for my daughter. Thanks Li Mei for the efficient service and Susan for taking care of my daughter. Now I will have a reliable backup plan if in case of any emergencies.

Terrible Customer Service. Some cleaners are good but if a session is missed, Meide does not schedule a replacement properly. They do not have support on weekends even though the cleaning appt are on weekends. Just like other customers’ feedback, they just ignore you on weekends. There is no number to call and they don’t reply text on Telegram nor WhatsApp. If they reply on weekdays it is very slow. But they are super fast to ask you to book and pay in advance. But almost zero support if something is wrong.

For context, Meide requires upfront payment. I booked a helper through Meide.sg for 21 Feb. The helper did not show up, and there was no prior notice from the company. When I contacted them, they acknowledged it was their mistake and asked me to reschedule. However, I had set aside my day specifically for this appointment. I am disappointed in their service recovery so forgive me for not giving them another chance at my expense. I requested a refund instead. Since then, communication has been non-existent - they effectively ghosted me. My refund request has been ignored despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email. I later received an email stating their WhatsApp was “not working,” but my email replies also went unanswered. I even contacted their alternate number and could see messages being read, yet no response was provided. To think that they actually reached out to me just before 21 Feb to ask to schedule (and pay) for my next session. Very poor service recovery and customer support. I hope the company can address this properly. I would update this review if I ever get my refund back.

My whole family was sick and we decided to engage someone to help with the spring cleaning to get ready for CNY. Meide was very prompt in their responses and they were reasonable in their rates. Even at the last minute, they managed to secure a helper who came and did the vacuum and mopping plus toilets within the designated two hours. Highly recommended!

I did a pre-move in clean. There was a 4 person team and it took about 2.5-3 hours. Good attitude from the lead who was meticulous in cleaning cabinets and attended to my requests where I wanted the team to be more thorough - managed to remove much of the dirt and stains in areas of concern like bathrooms like the shower screen and grout lines.

I booked a post-tenancy cleaning service recently and was impressed by how meticulous and efficient the cleaners were. They even removed the kitchen drawers so that they could vacuum and wipe the area behind.
