Communications was timely and well-detailed. All site visits and paint jobs were promptly coordinated within our required timeline. Special thanks to Hui Mei for the above two points, as well as answering the endless questions my wife and I had! Limewash team was professional and efficient! Helped us touch some areas that were lacking during the first white paint job, which was quite off the mark which were peeling despite sealer application (hence the 1-star deduction). The team treated ceiling and wall mould using their solution and an extendable mop. The paint job was done well and all in a day work with a 4 man team. Although they stated moisture and air quality inspection, and monitoring, i thought they would have used some technology to do that, but in the end they only did eyeball inspection and skipped that step. As a good will, they offered a 70 bucks off the bill. I think what would could be done better is that they can be explicit on how the moisture and air quality is inspected and whether if there is a need to be inspected? I mean I expected a mould specialised company to have some gadget and tools to assess the mould condition of the house, and if there is need for top up on this cost, that is fine, just be upfront. At the end of the day, I appreciate their service and job done. Thank you.

Great job by Pico X. 5⭐ service from the team. Proper prep work which took quit a while as I have existing furnitures to move and seal before the paint job. The lime treatment done right and very delicate finish. The paint finish looks amazing. Clean work, no hassle, and feels much fresher Will recommend Pico X for lime treatment and painting—super smooth experience. They did proper cleaning, sealing, and anti-mould treatment before painting, so it feels like a lasting solution, not just a quick touch-up.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. They help to move and cover the furniture including the floor areas with plastic sheets. They were very experienced staff. They did the anti mould treatment and painting very clean and tidy. After work is done they help to clean up the areas. My family is very pleased with their work efficiency and cleanliness. The team demonstrated strong professionalism in both their product knowledge and workmanship. They took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and recommended effective solutions, which gave me confidence in their expertise. Is important to -:seeing to believing. The quality of the materials used was excellent- gush Gush Eco sealer n Gush paint free from VOC and the results speak for themselves — the affected areas are now clean, refreshed, and well-protected. I could sleep in on the same serving day. That is so amazing and awesome. The painting finish was neat and carefully done, showing attention to detail. What stood out most was the team of dedicated staff. They were punctual, respectful, and worked efficiently while keeping the space tidy throughout the process. Appreciate the efficiency and promptness of their service from start to finish. Queries and appointment were done within 15 minutes of initial contact. Service is affordable and what is more important is the service rendered on the day of treatment. Daisy and team upheld high standards of professionalism throughout the treatment and showed utmost respect on-site - they were meticulous in their work and definitely left the work area much cleaner than before. The customer service officer Hui Mei patiently and promptly answered my queries. As for the actual work, Daisy, Ratan, Mamo, and Noyon did an excellent job. They removed the unsightly mould from the ceilings in my unit and painted over the treated areas. They also did a wonderful job painting the walls and covering up stains and marks. I noticed that multiple layers of paint were applied to ensure a smooth and clean finish. Kudos to PicoX Health Technology.

Before engaging Pico mould removal services, Pico was fast in answering all my initial queries and setting up service appointments. On the actual day, Daisy and her team arrived on time to set up all the necessary coverings and protection. Then they immediately went to work efficiently and professional. They looked into details and cleared all moulds thoroughly. The painting job was done well too, at least 2 to 3 coatings of paint. The master bedroom and toilets look clean and brand new now! I had mould build up in my toilet and I contacted them within a few hours they responded swiftly especially in the middle of the night. I didn’t expect them to work so late. Well appreciated for reply. I booked through their promo package and after inspection of no seepage and peeling paint, they began their work. They covered my toilet well and worked on it. Jack’s team was efficient and they were done for about an hour and a half. They gave tips to prevent mould in the future. Highly recommended!

The team who came (Daisy & Idris) was super efficient. Covered my furniture and clothes with protective plastic, and went straight to work. The guy who came to do the treatment and painting is a friendly nice man. He is on time and did a great job. I took up their recent promo, i felt its affordable for the treatment, sealer and painting. He also cover up your items and mirrors with plastic. I will definitely engage them again. Recommended.
