Alan and his team are very professional. helped me out with my air conditioning installation within a few hours. They also gave me great advice on my other aircon units. Instead of hard selling, they top up the gas and ask me to monitor further. really appreciate their honesty and good service.

Not using up a service contract and then moved to new adress, then cannot change the service to new adress. Really not flexible, as far as i know many sercive companies would allow change of address.

Suspect install second hand compressor which lead to low in gas after a year use. Warranty also not able to verify after apply. Do not hand over warranty to customer on time causing application not valid or no response. Unable to answer customer enquiries on gas period of usage. 2 unit system can only last a year usage and need to pay $80 to top up 120-150psi of gas. Great disappointment.

Just got my bto flat,I am happy that I found out about Gennise cool so asked them to give me a quote for a system 3.On the been time I find tat their is not the cheapest in town but also not that expensive,so I go look at their reviews almost all with a very gd review for them so I tell my Wife to give them a try end up I am thanks full that they r really helpful n guide me a lot of thing b 4 I do my renovation.So far after we move in nothing happen to our aircon everything is gd.keep up the gd job I give u guy 👍 up.
