My freezer was still cold, but fridge was not. Simon was very prompt in responding to my queries. He was on time for the appointment, quick to diagnose issue, & came prepared with original spare parts to replace the faulty evaporator fan motor. Job was completed fairly quickly, & pricing was reasonable. Highly recommended for future jobs.

Extremely satisfied with the repair of my Samsung fridge by Simon. He responded promptly to my call and came to repair it the next day. He was very friendly, patient and did his work professionally. With his wealth of experience, he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had ready spare parts to do the repair. He was able to solve my fridge problem which my first repair man could not. Simon came in a very short notice. Heard my fridge and knew instantly what’s wrong. He repaired it in 30 minutes, replace the motor with a 100% new motor. My refrigerator works as new now! Thank you so much Simon!

Uncle answer my call on the spot . He came down quickly at 9.00pm at night . I thought my compressor was spoilt but he checked and found out actually the starter was spoilt just needed change a new one . He explained to me how to maintain it too, everything was done very quickly. Saved me so much time, highly recommend and super friendly.. Thanks again 🙏🏽..

Simon is extremely kind and trustworthy. He came down to help fix my fridge. He advised the repair had an 80% chance of success. Unfortunately it did not work, so he did not charge me for the work (only the transport/checking fee). It was so kind of him to try but then not charge me. He is very fair and honest and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Highly recommended. Very quick to respond and was extremely helpful. Simon clearly explained the issues with my freezer, and the service was excellent. Everything was completed within 45 minutes and my freezer is now functioning normally again.

Simon was fantastic to deal with. He was punctual, explained everything that he was doing and got our fridge fixed in no time at all. I found Simon's contact in Google and spoke to him this morning. The chiller of my fridge was not cold while freezer was working fine. He was friendly and patient in explaining his services and common fridge issues before I engaged his services. While servicing, he found that the chiller fan was not running. He aslo found one of the three wirings to the fan was broken which he patched up. The fan worked fine after this and there was no need to replace the fan. Simon only charged me for the transport cost and I did not have to replace a new fan which would cost more. I truly appreciate Simon's honesty and professionalism in rendering his services on top of being friendly and patience with answering each and every query. I hope this review is helpful and highly recommend Simon for fridge repairs work.

Simon from AC Saviour is really helpful and resourceful. First he pointed out that our fridge fan motor had died, and the plastic bracket was brittle/crumbling, so he used his own DIY bracket. Unfortunately, the damage on our fridge was more than just the fan, when informed over the phone that the fridge still not cold, he immediately offered to return our money without us asking. Money paynowed within 15mins. Appreciate the honesty. Recommend Simon!!

Mr. Simon is a very experienced technician and quickly found the problem with my fridge. Besides replacing the broken sensor, he also fixed the fuse that the previous technician had removed. His charges are reasonable, especially compared to the previous unskilled technician who caused the fuse problem. He explained that the fuse exists for safety reasons and should not be shorted. Thanks for restoring my fridge!

Our fridge chiller side broke down and couldn’t be used. We were anxious as we have many groceries in it and it has to be chilled. Called up Mr Simon and he arrived shortly. He explained in details the issue and was able to fix the issue in 30 minutes time. He is experienced and gave us advices on how to maintain the fridge. Thank you for solving our fridge issue!

Mr Simon is really friendly and fast reply. Most importantly is sunday he's available due to my fridge giving out loud sound shown motor is failing. Really appreciated him for his hardwork. Simon’s response to call & msg was fast. He was very friendly and very experienced. He knew much about the mechanics of fridge. Last night my GE fridge lost its cold function. Ice gathered at the back of freezer. Today Simon came and immediately knew what was the problem after a quick diagnosis. Two defrost mechanisms of my fridge malfunctioned. Simon managed to replace them and repair the lighting in my fridge. During the repair process, he explained very patiently to me the various mechanisms of the fridge. His service was very good.

My fridge motor was making a loud sound 2 days ago. Then today, both the freezer and fridge was not cold. Called Simon and he arrived 45 mins later to repair the motor. His service is excellent and charges are reasonable. I highly recommend Simon if you need repairs for your refrigerator.

Recently Simon repaired & solved our Samsung fridge/freezer problems and we would highly recommend him to any potential customers who need their refrigerators to be repaired. He is very experienced and straight away he knows which parts was faulty. Our refrigerator is now cold and running well, even the freezer door which could not be opened unless by force is now perfectly opening great now! Mr Simon is a humble and courteous man. He arrived on time and made a call prior arrival. Really appreciate the gesture. He clean up the work area after he finishes his work and he charges reasonably. Best is he never upsell anything and did not make it awkward like other technicians. My fridge is now cold and quiet.

Uncle Simon came within an hour of my enquiry on my faulty fridge. After assessing and identifying the issue, he worked on replacing the damaged part which was the defrost heater. As he was working, he explained what he was doing and all the parts that are required to keep the fridge running. I appreciated his transparency with his explanation. Uncle Simon was so genuine & patient in educating us about what went wrong with our fridge, what to expect, what we can do to not face the same issue again. He gave us two options to try and see if the cheaper option would work first, without overcharging us straight away. He charged us reasonably for the change of mortar board and even took a video of him changing the mortar board and sent to us so that we know what we are paying for. He is so kind-hearted and earnest in what he does. Rare to come by such people these days. Please do support him! 🤍

I say he a humble guy this Simon. Willing to teach & willing to share. Able to change my Hitachi fridge fan that is only 2 years plus within 30 mins. Price wise I will say still ok to my view compare to buying a new fridge. Overall I will say superb. Thank you Simon.
