One of my windows looks like it’s gonna fall off anytime soon. Contacted them via WhatsApp. I’m glad that they replied me very promptly and able to get the technician down within an hour. For this, I am already very thankful, as i’m worried the window might fall off and hit on other passer by. Weichong is very nice, not only replaced the window hinges, also helped to check for the other window to make sure it’s still working well. Thank you so much for the service!

Engaged them for my window repair. Not sure if the price of the hinges/handles are competitive but overall I appreciate their timely response and reliability. Had a v smooth and positive experience. The company responded quickly on WA, even on a Saturday afternoon. The price quoted was competitive and on the day they arrived on time. They were able to fix the glass panel of my window, even though the window had fixed invisible grilles installed - something that another company had said they could not do. Will use them again in future!

They quoted $5500 for replacement of window rubber stripes, followngi their site visit at my apartment ( not landed.) But they refused to provide breakdown to support the hefty charges when they were asked. Thoroughly no business professionalism and ethnic. UPDATE. It is commendable on the owner's make-it-right spirit after hearing my dissatisfaction. The subcontractor Uncle ZAI called me . With patient, he explained with clarity on the rational behind the hefty cost. If the salesperson didn't ignore our message and calls for clarity and provide this explanation, the ending wouldn't be so unpleasant. I retract inital unfavourable review and give them 4 stars for the owner's positive attitude.
