Windowshield Pte Ltd is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with.I recently replaced two windows grills in my 5-room flat, and I was very impressed with their service They were meticulous and took great care to ensure that the wire mesh fitted properly and securely, even though the installation took longer than initially expected. From the initial measurement through to the final invoice, they explained everything clearly and in detail. They were professional, patient and never pushy throughout the process. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable and affordable compared with the quotations I received from other companies. Timeframe was fullfilled as discussed , I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the final installation was done properly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their workmanship, service and pricing, and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a quality and reliable window grills installation. will definately recommend to anyone who need ro change window grills ! Did on-site consultation with four different vendors for mesh installation for the entire unit, and Windowshield offered the most competitive pricing by far. Very friendly and professional staff, no fuss at all when I forgot about the rubbish chute and they came down again to take the measurement and gave it for free. Went with two different brands for my whole unit, as I needed a longer continuous mesh + blackout blind option for some windows which Windowshield didn’t offer at the time. Have to say Windowshield's installation is much neater, and i don't spot any difference between the quality of their mesh and the more expensive brand. Highly recommended!

Jason, Leo, and their team of installers were very professional throughout the entire process, and I’m now a proud owner of their invisible grille and mesh setup. Although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, the team was quick to get back on track and ensured our renovation was completed smoothly and on time. Their customer service is top notch, super responsive and friendly, answering all my queries pre, during, and post installation. The initial quotation was prompt and transparent. During measurement, they provided great on the spot advice to clarify all our options. On the installation day, they were extremely neat, kept the area clean, and took great care not to damage any existing fixtures. Highly recommended!

very disapointing service. when i enquired about their product, they requested me to go down to their showroom to see, i made trip down with my toddler but there is nothing to show me when i went down. during actual measurement day, the staff also late that kept me waiting on the actual installation day, they also late which we waited them from 11am to 4.30pm still not yet arrived. then i left the password for them to open door themself and reminded them few time to take completion photo. however the next day they informed that no photo were taken. as we need the window up at service yard to protect our floor & unit from rain since it has been rain these few days which we have shared with them earlier too. this is our BTO house that is far from our current house, hence its troublesome for us to travel up and down to check on it very disapoiting service. their price maybe competative but servcie is sucks. think twice before you made any decision to sign with them post installation review we have made a trip down today to check on the end product and yes their workmanship is good.

We had our front door mesh installed on 8 Jan. and on 2 Feb, our mesh came out. Repair works was scheduled and despite that, as of 9 Feb our door mesh was unable to retract on its own, and the mesh was detached, and a replacement was offered. Due to CNY holidays and time needed for fabrication, the installation was arranged today(almost 2 months later) between 1.30-3.30pm. At 3.35pm, I was informed that the installation was delayed at another site and will arrive at 5pm. As of now at 6pm, no one is here and messages went unanswered. Imagine only able to utilise the mesh for a month and then having to wait for 2 months for replacement. Update: Was informed at 6.11pm they still need 20-30mins to arrive. If I hadn’t reached out, I doubt anyone will contact me. Probably (free) replacement customer not important, better to prioritise paying ones.

I’m glad we found this company that offers fixed IVG at a 5-inch width, which allows us to enjoy our view without it being too obstructed. The pricing was also reasonable for our flat. On top of that, the customer service was efficient and responsive throughout the process. Overall, I would recommend them to others who are looking for similar solutions.

We engaged WindowShield for our toilet windows and mesh include our service balcony. We are very pleased with what we got. Jason came to measure and installed the mesh. Though waiting time was quite long to complete from the day we order to final installation, we understand since it was during the CNY period. Great service and very responsive team. We initially installed reinforced poly mesh for our windows, but after about a week, we noticed some small holes forming by our cat. We contacted them and they promptly arranged a site review. After assessing the situation, they replaced the mesh with stainless steel for us without hassle. Really appreciate their professionalism, quick follow-up, and commitment to safety, especially for our cat. Very happy with the service and speed.

Installation of the gate mesh was done beautifully and they actually came down to access and explain various mesh colour and finish to suit our preferences. One month in and am loving that I can leave the door open without worrying about bugs coming in the house.

I got solar films and mesh installed. They were very communicative about the timeline and nothing was delayed! During the mesh installation however, the guy that was drilling in the screws didn't do it very well, but the problem was solved when I inspected it before they left so they could fix it on the spot. Unsure if this is related to the screws, but the speed of the mesh retracting differs from room to room, some are smoother than others. Later on, when I raised an issue of something not being aligned, they sent someone down to help me fix it very quickly, so I appreciate the great customer service!

I’m very happy with the Windowshield pet mesh service. They provided free measurement onsite and gave good advice based on my usage and no hard selling, which really helped me choose the right solution for my needs. The response time was a little slow, but the workmanship and overall result were great, so it was definitely worth the wait. After doing a ton of research on pet/insect meshes Windowshield is the most affordable in price for quality. In comparison with other brands in the market, they provided the same quality as those over priced meshes. I’m really satisfied with the mesh they have installed for my 4rm flat! I also really appreciate their great service recovery, they handled the situation professionally after accidentally staining my curtain. Overall, a reliable and very responsible team. Recommended!

Was recommended by a fellow estate resident for their mesh, and we're happy with the results! Current place's toilet has poor ventilation due to lack of airflow and after getting quotations from different vendors, WindowShield was the most affordable so we proceeded with them. The team was professional and responsive throughout, from consultation to installation, everything was handled efficiently and neatly. They also took the time to explain on the different type of mesh, which I really appreciated. We chose the retractable screen with nano glass fiber mesh material. They have stainless steel option too! I recommend to drill the mesh instead of sticking as nano tapes are used, which may have a possibility of losing its stickiness in the long run, as mentioned by the team. Our mesh was installed by using nano tapes on the sides & top as it was blocked by the false ceiling, and drilling on the bottom 2 sides. It was a little wobbly initially but the installer added more nano tapes to secure it. We've been using it for 2 months, so far so good! We also engaged WindowShield to install double sliding doors + fixed panels for our service yard, and we have no regrets, everything is good! Really appreciate that the team is honest and has actual knowledge on what can or should not be done - we intially wanted to install synchronised double doors but they mentioned that the mechanism will not work well as the length is small, which no other vendors had mentioned this to us before! Highly recommend WindowShield if you're looking for good quality workmanship, clean finishing, and friendly service! 👍🏻

Jason, who came to take the window measurements, was fantastic! He gave helpful recommendations and even brought along all the samples for us to see and touch. I really liked that he wasn’t pushy at all, just honest and knowledgeable. The two young installers who came for the invisible grille did a great job too.
