I recently engaged Age Information Pte Ltd to repair our dot matrix printer, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Finding a company that still specializes in—and truly understands—dot matrix printers is rare nowadays, but these guys are the absolute experts. Their sales department provided a highly responsive and helpful onboarding process. Furthermore, their engineers demonstrated exceptional reliability, responsibility, and deep technical knowledge, resolving our equipment issues swiftly. For a specialized service, their pricing remains very reasonable. We highly recommend Age Information Pte Ltd for any corporate printer maintenance needs.

Found this shop on Carousell after HP told me they don’t repair printers anymore. Most places either don’t bother with home printers or charge you just to look at it. This shop takes *any brand of printer* — HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, you name it. And they do free diagnostics. If they can’t fix it, you pay $0. That alone is unheard of in Singapore these days. I dropped mine off around 5pm and ended up having a chat with them till 6pm. Super friendly, no pushy sales at all. You can tell they really care about reducing e-waste — they’d rather fix a good printer than have you toss it for a small issue. Bonus: they also sell *agarwood scents*. So you can browse some nice scents while you drop off your printer. They’re open Mon-Fri 4:30-6:30pm for drop-offs. Short window, but they said they can work around urgent cases/Saturdays if you ask. They also do doorstep pickup which is a huge bonus. If your printer is spoilt, bring it here first. They’ll tell you honestly if it’s worth fixing or if you’re better off buying new. Highly recommend supporting a shop like this.

I contacted Age Info to resolve a paper jam issue for my Fuji Xerox printer. After requesting a few additional details, Ann promptly arranged an appointment for the next day. The engineer, Hovan, arrived punctually and was polite, patient, and professional throughout the process. Most importantly, he managed to resolve the issue and also took the time to carefully explain a few details regarding the printer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with very reasonable prices. I will definitely be sticking with them for my printer needs. Thank you!

Highly recommended! My HP M281fdw colour laser printer stopped working with a 59.c0 error recently. Age Information was responsive and transparent in providing upfront repair cost estimates and the diagnosis process, with reasonable costs and turnaround. Pleasant experience unlike another repairman on Carousell who refused to provide more information claiming detailed pricing was trade information.
