Super efficient company. Sajal, came on time and was very familiar. Within 1 min, he found the root cause for my leaking shower head. Everything was so smooth. Today is second day, everything is working well. Very reasonable transparent pricing. Highly recommend. They only replace what is faulty. Never ask me to replace everything. Well done guys.

Very good at finding the source of the water leak which was from my neighbour's house. Finally he was granted permission to enter their house to turn off certain water valves which immediately stopped the leak in their house and our house. Did a thorough job in patching the ceiling board and repainting the ceiling in my toilet. Recommended for water leak detection. They were on a list of plumbers which PUB gave me to call to solve the water leakage problem in my kitchen.

Am happy with their service. Hired them to replace my main water inlet tap. Monim did a good job. As you can see from the photos, they are well equipped with all the necessary tools to fix the pipes as well (not just the tap, the pipes had to be replaced on the spot). Gives one confidence that it is not a fly-by-night contractor but one with professional standards.

My kitchen floor was flooding every time water went into the sink. It was blocked with lots of hardened grease and smelled like a sewer. I called them and 2 guys came over quite quickly. They used a a machine, did a really good job and even cleaned up the black mess all over the floor afterwards. Highly recommended for a job well done.

Our HDB toilet got terrible stool smell for several days, and when they came - immediately said not sure what is the cause of problem. (Meaning their lack of experience). And suggested a bleach cleaning. Told him we have done bleach cleaning ourselves before, but no use, but still he went ahead with his bleach cleaning and after 5 hours, the strong stool smell came back.

Call them to unchoke drainage, they can't find the floor trap, and don't even want to put in the effort to locate the floor trap. When being questioned, their answer is, even if you call any other plumber or my boss the answer is going to be the same, we can't locate the floor trap. 1 star for their attitude. 1 star for their professionalism. To be honest, not knowledgeable enough.

Had a drain clogged and flooding the kitchen, called the company and they arranged for their plumbers to arrive in 1 hour & a half, arrived less than an hour & cleared the drain in around 10 - 15 minutes. Very good & affordable rates.

Used their services to replace a storage water heater, mixer set and shower head. The team of 2 arrived on time, explained to them where to position the heater and off they went to work with little supervision needed. They even washed away the dust and dirt. Job well done.

Contacted them for quotation to replace an electric storage water heater at 8.20am on Sunday morning. Price is fair and the job is done at 10.30am.

Please do not engage their plumbing services. I changed my toilet bowls using their services. Workmanship is bad. After installing there was foul sewage smell. Reported the issue to them. they came down to my place and they told me nothing wrong with their installation and still charged me $90. Asked me to contact to town council. Town council came to my place and inspected my bathrooms and discovered that the toilet bowls were not sealed properly. I have been contacting them to come down to rectify the issue but up till now they have not responded.

UPDATED 18 FEB 2021(DAY 3)...STRONGLY ADVISED TO READ!!! THEY COME WHEN THEY DO... ACCORDING TO THEIR CLOCK..!! Day 1. Was fairly quick to respond during first appointment to assess issue which motivated me to take up their service to make repairs next day. FEELS LIKE A MISTAKE!!! Hope am proven wrong... Appointment made for 9+ morning. At 1030am still nowhere in sight n no calls from them. 2 men finally appeared at about 1110am. When asked why the delay...no replies, no acknowledgment n no apologies. Starting to worry.... Incredible part was wen lead man asked what leak issue was...??!? This was after 2 other men had come on first day to assess!?!? Fudge... Work began and took many hours. Issue is complicated ..truthfully. After 5 long hours leak finally REPAIRED & RESOLVED!!! Kudos to the guys!! Am very thankful but cant help but still feel worried... Now am told that to fix water proofing n replacement tiles will take 2 more days... To be continued..... Day 2. At end of day 1 was told dat dey would come back at 10am next day to cont... AS I EXPECTED...11ish was when plumber actually arrived. Work i was told took place pretty quick considering it was just to apply the water proofing. Day 3. Today plumber came past 12pm and work to install tiles n appliances started only then. Job completed close to 3pm and was informed that all was good but not to wash the toilet yet...fair enough.. -----Bill Paid---- Then it happened!! LEAK!!!! Is it even a SURPRISE anymore...??!!!? Just minutes after plumber left, the floor started to get wet again!! This for a job that took 3 days to complete!?!! On their ad they state that they operate 24hrs. But when told of issue they say "Will come tomorrow.." Wat d fudge seriously....??!??! At end of day 1 when review was first posted, a response from owner to call so that can make right came quickly. Honestly I was not ready to be spoken to with explaination or justification..what matters was punctuality or thereabouts and the Quality of job. To be Continued....AGAIN......!!!?!?
