I have used Alex’s service to repair my laptop sometime last year. I was impressed with his promptness and efficient service. Just now I requested his help once more as I had problems switching on 2 of my laptops. As usual he came promptly and advised me his diagnosis. He taught me how to manage that problem. And all these, no charge! Although he said it’s a small thing, his generosity touched me. I was more than happy to pay for his time. So yes, it is hard to find a service provider like Alex…. Who is good, efficient, honest, reliable and reasonable .

Alex is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. His rates are perfectly reasonable, as he kindly provided me with a network cable even though I wasn't a customer... If I have any problems, I'll know where to go.

The services provided is top notched. They come to your house to collect, tells you what will be done on the repair after you explain what's wrong. They'll quote you the price, if you think the price is right, deal is done. They'll return your pc back to your location. I've to say Alex is good and explained why they do the alternative repairs instead of replacing the new parts which will cost more. Thank you for your service, very much appreciated.

Had a power unit blow itself out at a truly inconvenient time for my mother (in the middle of her workday!). Alex came to pick up the desktop, diagnosed it, explained all our choices, and had the power unit replaced and the desktop back within a day. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service! Highly recommend Alex to anyone else.

Alex is very professional and friendly. Repair was done very fast within 4 days over the weekends. Throughout this period, he identifies my CPU's issue very quickly and is responsive to communicate the problem clearly and the price to fix it. He even comes all the way to my location to pick up, deliver and test the CPU to make sure everything is ok. Overall very good experience and highly recommended!

I have a wonderful experience dealing with Alex. He is responsive with the quotation replacing my laptop's battery thermal paste and even a little maintenence for the fan. He drops by to pick up the laptop for servicing and returns it when done.

If I could give more than one 5 star review, I would. Alex is reasonable, explains issues clearly, and genuinely engages with customers. He's efficient, punctual, and really helpful. Side-note for first-time patrons though: this is a home based business. Don't wander through the nearby malls confusedly (like I did). Extra kudos for the exceptional food recommendation of fishball noodles nearby. 6/5. Screen flickering (for my ASUS laptop) fixed with a month of warranty :)

Professional, warm, and accommodating, he fixed my laptop's motherboard and adapter issue. When the name card said that he was passionate about what he does, I definitely endorse that. He goes the extra mile, takes time to explain issues, and unlike a lot of other places, he really tries to find a way to compromise with one's schedule, even driving and delivering to make it happen, which is great for those of us who don't have conventional schedules. I would highly recommend.!

My Windows Labtop has overt an automatic repair message. I worked diligently to resolve the issue myself, by watching youtube videos. However, I was unsuccessful to fix the problem. To add to the matter I am on vacation in Singapore and need my lab top to be examined. I came across Alex through google search. I reached out to Alex and explained the device's issue. Alex offered to come to my family's home where I am staying at. I accepted the invitation and Alex got the job done. He patiently resolved the problem and got the lab top to work. Alex's professionalism and expertise impressed me because back at home it would take days to get a technician to fix the problem. I would definitely utilize Alex's services in the future.

My gaming pc was down with burning smell and called this company..i was shocked when he mentioned that he will coming to come down and check the issue..PC was initially diagnosed with Motherboard and eventually was collected for repair..2 days later received a call and confirmed its my graphic card..Mr Alex offer a good acceptable price and offer a good deal in any event the problems reoccurred.. My pc was rectified and was send back to my house for inspection and back to normal usage..Overall highly recommended as Mr ALex is very experienced abd knowledgeable for all issued!! as an owner i have less stress as the repair service is wel mc provided..Highly recommended

Had a cracked 2019 HP Spectre x360 screen. Not supported by HP Service department as it is obsolete Quotation for repair was within an hour and the laptop was picked up within an hour. Great follow up... risks were explained.. laptop repaired and delivered in less than 24 hours. Reasonable price!

Swift and quick in repairs. I needed my laptop asap and it was fixed and delivered within 24 hours. He picked up the laptop at my doorstep and it was ready within the next day. Quick in replies too, less than a minute! Definitely recommended. Price is pretty reasonable too.
