TLDR: DO NOT recommend engaging them. I called Johnson 7 times just to get confirmation to proceed with the job. (ME calling him ONLY) Then after, ME CALLING HIM several times for photos and bill. It’s been 20 days with no follow-up, no callback, and no update. I honestly don’t even know if the job was ever done. Very poor communication and unreliable service. I DO NOT recommend engaging them.

This contractor is non-responsive and does not pick up calls/response to messages. They do not even bother to issue quotation, which I assumed maybe my project is small. I am surprised to see such customer service for an established firm in SG. Hope my experience is just is a one-off case!

My home went through a complete waterproofing exercise done by Allstar Waterproofing & Services. The job was well done and there were absolutely no leakage problems post treatment. I would strongly recommend Allstar for any such job.

My landed property is relatively old and water leakages occur more than once in last10 years. After using Allstar a few years ago to solve my water leakages indoor and outdoor, I look only for Allstar subsequently. More recently in January 2024 Allstar was engaged to repair part of roof that had water leakage. Allstar team led by Wein was able to traced where the source of water leakage and did solved & repaired the water leakage effectively within a short time. In June 2024, I approached Wein if Allstar was willing to patch up cracklines in walls and then paint the whole house. Though mere painting was not within Allstar's normal workscope, but Wein was willing to take up the job because it involved repairing many cracklines and then painted my whole house. The result was very good, see photo. I absolutely recommends Allstar for any water leakages problems at indoor or outdoor area.

Wein was recommended by my painting contractor to fix some leak issues regarding my roof. He gave me a fair quote and his workers carried out the job promptly and were polite, tidy and professional. Since then Wein has done 2 other jobs for me for another part of the roof. I fully recommend this company for waterproofing issues👍👍👍

We have a leaking complaint from our downstairs neighbour, and our MCST maintenance team said it's likely a waterproofing problem, so I called up Allstar for site visit and quotation. Mr Johnson Chin came and looked around for about an hour to evaluate the problem and assessed that the root cause is leaking water supply pipe. He suggested us to engage a plumber instead. Throughout the whole site visit, he was patient, climbing up and down between 2 houses and also gave advices to our other leaking matters. Although we did not engage their service, I am impressed and thankful for the service and advices provided by Johnson.

I've been using Allstar for several leakages problems. They're very experienced in finding the causes of the leakages and resolve the issues with proper recommendation. They are very professional. I didn't believe in grouting before engaging their service abut 5 years ago, which is still still very good. Thank you.

I had an annoying water leakage in my balcony and previous contractor came but was unable to nail the problem. Instead, the contractor gave some trial and error recommendations as he was not able to resolve the leak even after hacking the walls. Finally, I invited Wein for a free consultation. He shared that he would only provide a quote after assessing the problem and I was thinking he may intentionally magnify the problem so as to get the business. To my surprise, he was very careful and patient in checking out the source of the leak and even confidently shared a DIY method to resolve the problem. I really cannot thank him enough, especially when he did not lied about the problem hoping to just get the business. You will go far and beyond, Wein! For your honesty! Strongly recommended to engage this company for any waterproofing problems.

Allstar Waterproofing was introduced through a friend whom I met Wein to work on the project. The works involved was to water proof the entire roof top and part of the window panel. 7 days were taken to complete the job. It was done professionally, Wein was very accommodating and friendly. Price quoted was within my budget and on my view is reasonabl. I strongly recommend Allstar if anyone needs the service.

I encountered water seapage issue in my terrace on my second floor leading to my main door entrance last year in 2020. Went through a frantic search and managed to meet the manager Wein of ALLSTAR Waterproofing & Services. After engaging Allstar to have the fault rectified & repaired. The leak was totally stopped. The workers assigned were responsible and also ensured proper repair work was indulged. No slip short shabby work which I was very impressed. The manager himself also attended to site inspections to assure proper rectification was conducted. After a year has passed. The repair was so satisfying and despite heavy downpour, the repair shows no weakening. In summary, I highly praise ALLSTAR 's team and highly recommend them. Very impressive service in a time of need by owner Mr Wein. In this business a proper diagnosis is critical. Wein spotted the cause of a leak that other contractors gave up trying to solve after 3 years. Highly recommended.

We cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, Roy/Lim were honest, communicative, professional and friendly. Unlike other money-grabbing businesses, they were consultative and listened to our roof repair requirements. Alongside being patient with our questions, they also went the extra mile to send us constant updates/ pictures on their progress, regardless of time of day. In the end, we not only have a sturdy roof but the job was completed faster than expected. The workers also left the site clean and tidy. If you want a peace of mind around roof repairs/waterproofing, Roy/Lim are your go-to dream team. You will be impressed!
