Always a fantastic experience engaging Palani for roofing works. Quotes are affordable for the level of work done (compared to other contractors), fixes are well designed with customer considerations. One year later, we haven't faced any issues at all with water leakages.

Palani and his team were fantastic to work with. I had contacted two other waterproofing contractors for a few leaks in my semi-d, but they were not very responsive, and gave quotes for work that I felt was broad brushed and not needed. Palani in contrast, was prompt and responsive, and suggested targetted solutions to treat my leakage issues. His team was very professional and pleasant to work with, and helped us find the root cause of the leaks and fixed the issues. They also followed up with checks after periods of heavy rain to ensure that the solutions were working. Would strongly recommend their waterproofing services. Thanks Palani and team!

my husband contacted Mr. Palani last week and scheduled an appointment for an on-site viewing. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up, and my husband ended up waiting at home for several hours. It was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Frankly, the first impression was discounted because of this.

Asiatech has just completed the repair work to my roof. It was extensive, requiring a full 5-days, involving 2 to 4 men each time. Thennu, the manager who did the initial site visit was very responsive to my Whatsapp queries, gave constructive suggestions and accommodated my requests. Although he was not on-site for the entire day, he came at least once a day (usually more often) and was quick to instruct his workers to act on something whenever I highlighted it to him. Overall he provided excellent customer service and was committed to the job from start to finish.

We engaged Asiatech recently for 2 separate jobs. One was to waterproof an outside ledge which was the cause of an internal leak in a bedroom. The other was for repairs and waterproofing activities for our glass car porch and corridor as we had an internal leak after the recent rains. Mr Thennu investigated the problems thoroughly and advised on the best course of action including explaining the reasons behind his recommendations. Mr Thennu and his team were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their services!

I recently engaged Asiatech Roofing and Waterproofing Pte Ltd for repairs to a wall affected by water seepage. Having worked with them before, I had high expectations—and once again, they exceeded them. Palani and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality craftsmanship. They not only identified and resolved the issue effectively but also took the extra effort to ensure the work was thorough and long-lasting. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service truly stood out. Beyond their technical skills, the team was courteous, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. It was a pleasure working with professionals who took the time to explain the process and ensure minimal disruption. Asiatech’s pricing was reasonable, and they completed the waterproofing project within the promised timeframe. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality waterproofing and repair services.

Used Asiatech recently after the heavy rain season and had a leaking problem with my roof and gutters. Their process was very professional from initial call to the end. Mr Thennu came out twice and spent 2 hours crawling around the inside of my very tight and hot roof, as well as on the exterior to evaluate what the problem was. And that was just to give us a quote - which was also very fair. A couple of other vendors who came by only did a cursory look-around... including one guy who didn't even climb up and claimed he knows what the exact problem was (he was wrong). Thennu was not only very responsive to texts/calls, his crew also showed up on time and worked diligently from morning until sundown. While I'm not a professional engineer, they seemed very careful and didn't cut corners, while making sure proper safety precautions were used. Thennu's team was also accommodating on changes to schedules and requests which made them easy to work with. They were thorough, neat and very respectful of the home and residents, and cleaned up properly at the end of each day. Very happy with the overall experience with Asiatech. Would highly recommend Asiatech/Thennu and I'm looking forward to working with them for external house painting in the near future.

Over the past year, we engaged AsiaTech to address several projects, including fixing a ceiling leakage in the dining room, replacing the rooftop aluminum composite panels, re-grouting outdoor tiles, and interior painting. All work was completed to our family’s satisfaction. I am particularly grateful for Mr. Palani’s invaluable assistance in managing the often complex logistical challenges that arise when elderly family members are present during house repairs. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail made a significant difference throughout the process. Thank you Mr. Palani and team!
