I contacted J&K Roof Contractors and Kevin See, project manager is the one who attended to me for water leakage on my roof. He is very responsive, prompt in reply, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and provide the best solution for my roofing issue. He is definitely the one to go to for your roofing issues. The quotation he provided is also very price competitive as compared to other companies I have contacted. The timeline for the repair works is also completed on schedule. His workers are also punctual, polite, responsible and did a great job for the repair works for the roofing as seen from the photos as attached. I don’t have to worry about water leakage anymore and I’m very satisfied with the completed result. I would definitely recommend this company if you have any water leakage issues.

Years ago, this company performed highly substandard roofing work on my property, the full extent of which went unnoticed until a period of extraordinary rainfall triggered severe leaks. At the time, the contractor failed to resolve the ongoing issues, ultimately claiming the defects were unrectifiable before severing all communication and ignoring all my messages. A subsequent inspection by an independent contractor, NASAX, later exposed the true extent of the negligence. Photographic evidence revealed that the original contractor had completely failed to seal the skylight edges, choosing instead to cover the gaps with a loose piece of acrylic plastic weighted down by spare roof tiles. Contrary to the original contractor's claims that the structure was irreparable, NASAX successfully redid the entire roof. Their top-class workmanship completely resolved the issue, proving the original contractor's assertions entirely false. This review serves to document a gross lack of professional integrity and accountability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend Kevin See! Finding a contractor who actually knows how to handle metal roofs and stubborn leaks is rare, but Kevin See is the real deal. My room was leaking through the walls due to heavy prolonged rain. I rang Kevin up and he immediately made arrangements for his workers to get the job done. He was incredibly thorough from the initial inspection all the way to the final cleanup. He took the time to locate the exact entry points of the water and applied a highly professional, durable fix. Kevin is transparent with his pricing, punctual, and got the job done way ahead of schedule with highly skilled workers. The peace of mind he has given us is worth every penny. Outstanding job! Thanks Kevin.

I engaged J&K last August 2025 to waterproof my roof and erect awnings , painting and some other works. This is a long overdue review and I thought it would be appropriate now as i am able to provide a more accurate account of their work and follow up service.I am very satisfied with the result and even when I called them for a non related follow up work they actually responded and assist. Kudos to Kevin and his team namely his manager Darren and staff , Ripon. They are not the cheapest in the market but definitely money well spent.

I was having leaking issues for my roof for quite a while. I went to several contractors for their quotes and found Kevin’s to be the most reasonable in terms of cost and measures. His workers were all very efficient and polite. They somehow managed to finish up their work within the stated time despite the weather being really unpredictable the last few weeks. The difference between the roof before Kevin’s works and after are truly amazing. I would recommend Kevin and his team to everyone else.

J&K Roof Contractors – Review of their Works Earlier this year heavy, continuous and non-stop rains caused water in the gutter and roof to flow into my house. Damage to all the rooms in upper floor was extensive – ceiling, lamps, beds, flooring etc. The water ingress was severe and many anonymous contractors (5 supposedly well-reviewed ones) were called for advice; their price range was wide. After much discussion and deliberation with these contractors, I decided to engage J&K Roof Contractors; this choice was a long shot because I have no experience in working with any roof contractor. Due to the wet weather, size, damage and difficult structure of my roof, the project manager (Mr Kevin See) took over a week to repair and make good my roof. What impressed me very much was his patience in explaining the scope of roof works and his experience in diagnosing the causes of water ingress. Work Quality: Excellent! From day 1, his workers came took plenty of pictures to show me my roof condition and the areas of work to be done. They began preparing all areas of the roof to ensure later treatment can be effectively rendered. Throughout the course of job, I found the workers to be experienced in roof matters, responsible and conscientious in their work attitudes. These are important for me cos at the end of the day, the quality of the job done really depends on experience and attitudes of the workers. I did climb up to the roof to inspect sample areas of the finished work and saw the cleanliness and thoroughness of the job done – very good! Price: J&K Roof Contractors price may not be the lowest (nor the highest), nevertheless, at the end of the day, the money spent was worth it. It’s the quality that I seek. Last Words: Later I found out that several years ago, my friend also engaged Mr Kevin See for his roof works. His conclusion is similar to mine and also complimented on the good after sales service he enjoyed in the years that followed. You cannot go wrong with Mr Kevin See at J&K Contractors – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

J&k is an experience roof repair specialist co. Kevin was very prompt and detailed in his quotation to repair the leaking roof of my terrace house. Each repair process was itemized and explained. The repair took 6 days and his on-site supervisor seems in good control of the men and took picture of each process for me to see. Work was done on time and places were kept clean. All the affected ceilings were also patched and painted. Though we have to wait for period of time to see if there are any issue, the completed roof looks new. Kevin assured as that if we have any issue, we can always call him. I would confidently recommend J&K to anyone looking for roof repair.......June 2025 by owner of house

Second time engaging Kevin & his team from J&K to clean and waterproof my roof. Last time they did cleaning and water-proofing was almost 15 years ago; latest engagement due to damage to roof caused by reconstruction works carried out by a neighbouring unit. J&K even included water-proofing of my gutter in the works. Results impressed my immediate neighbour, who promptly engaged them to do her roof as well. Thanks, Kevin, Darren & Team!

I recently contracted J&K to repair my roof and I’m pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. They took one day to repair my roof and paint the walls and ceiling. Despite facing unpredictable weather conditions, the workmen completed the project on time without compromising on quality. Their dedication to meeting deadlines is truly commendable. The workmen were respectful of my home and ensured that the work site was kept clean and tidy throughout. They took great care to protect my parquet and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The pricing was fair and competitive, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The past rainy season, our roof started to leak. When we contacted J&K Roof Contractors, Mr Kevin responded to our enquiry very quickly. They set up an appointment to come down and inspect our roof, and found that there was a hole in our old gutter. The quotation they provided was very reasonable, and we were able to get a slot for repair within 2-3 weeks even though it was during the holiday season. Their service is quite exceptional. While we were waiting for our repair, there was a day where the leak became a waterfall as a result of an extra heavy downpour. Mr Kevin was very kind to arrange for his team in to do an emergency quick patch on the gutter hole the very next day. This helped us tide through the few rest of the week while we waited for the waterproofing appointment. For the actual waterproofing, the team was very courteous and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner, and kept us updated on the progress throughout. They also helped patch the ceiling boards inside the house that got damaged by the leak. The roof looks like new now, and the leaks are gone. we are very glad J&K roof contractors helped us with this!
