The staff and service were very disappointing. We came to look for a metal gate and a main wooden door. They simply handed us a catalog and then ignored us for about 15–20 minutes. What made us upset was that there were only two other customers in the showroom, and it wasn't even busy. Despite that, no one came to assist us or even check if we needed help. I'm honestly surprised because they have such high ratings on Google, but our experience was completely different. It makes me question how genuine those Google reviews really are. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Visited the store 18 Jul 2026 at 7:35pm… there were only 1 couple customers while there are 2 sales lady… They just ask us what we want, gave us catalog and left us alone… Sad because we are serious buyer who wanna buy door for our house reno… Please train your staffs to be more friendly… Perhaps our 2.3k door is too cheap to get attention
