Overrated. During installation, the installer refused to adjust the door closer to the floor, leaving a big gap underneath and simply said it was okay. They then recommended a door gap blocker for an additional $100++. I find this disappointing, as the gap could have been minimised during installation., even have been communicated befote installation. Considering their doors and locks are already priced higher than other retailers, I expected better service and installation quality.

We ordered the Xeno Alexis Pro Max door lock last Saturday and the installation was done within the week. The installers were professional and very helpful in explaining to us how the lock works and its features, and cleaned up after. Very happy and pleased with the service and the installation. Overall experience: 1) inferior door quality 2) sales not listening 3) ask for shopdrawing so that you understand what you are getting Purchase with care. Update after several month of using the gate (1 star): 1) rust stains start showing along joints and door handles along the edge. 2) The vertical bar is blocking the keyhole to the timber door. This vertical bar was not told to me before fabrication and installation. When I asked the sales, they indicate this vertical bar is to prepare for the I stallation of electronic lock, which I've indicated to them, during the negotiation, that I will not install an electronic lock. Before installation (3 stars): I've informed the sales person the night before through WhatsApp that I would swing by the next afternoon to confirm all outstanding items. I only found out that the showroom is closed early at 330pm when i reach the location. I meant how hard was it for the sales. person to inform a customer on the early closing through a WhatsApp message? Should I start to worry about the level of service that I be receiving later? Hmmm..

Had an aqara u500, d100 and g410 doorbell installed along with a new door and gate. Sales was great answering all my questions and also double checking everything like where to put the plates for locks and number. The day of installation went very well too. The installers were very meticulous in the installation taking great care to make sure everything lined up perfectly. They also took me through all the lock pairing to ensure that everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Salesperson was really helpful before placing order for ghost door aluminium frame. Grateful that prompt help was provided when needing to communicate with IDs in terms of installation. However, service was really slow after sealing the deal. As it’s a new flat, we had to arrange someone to be there during the installation. Had to ask MULTIPLE times for installation time. Had to keep calling just the night before the installation date to find out the timing as the salesperson did not get back to me after asking many times. After installation, quality was subpar. Was told that a brush seal will be given for the large gap between door and wall, but it was not. Roller was not installed properly, causing friction sounds and indent on skirting. Not stable, very shaky. Handles were not aligned. Glue is visible around all corners. On top of that, the glue between the glass and aluminium frame does not seem intact at all, it literally looks like they are separated and the glass can fall off anytime. Because of these, we had to go through the tedious process of getting someone to come back and fix the issues and schedule timing AGAIN. Installer did not appear at the promised time (1-3pm). We even had to specially travel down halfway through work just to be there, but no one showed up. No choice have to leave, go back to work and start calling to ask for time again. Timing was then pushed to 4-430pm but did not show up again. Zzz finally got the issues fixed at around 6+

Bad customer service and after service by “Sofia” She is very late with her replies. Took almost more than a month to secure a morning slot. Have to always message her to ask her updates about the slot, otherwise she doesn’t bother. Even when they made some errors with the door, when we checked in with her she said she doesn’t know such thing happened. So nobody updated her? Lol Not a pleasant experience liasing with her at the store as well. I will not reccomend you to liaise with this staff Sofia!!!

We went to Laminate Door’s showroom at Ang Mo Kio and was served by Judy. She was very pleasant and professional to work with. The entire process of from confirming our bedroom doors and frames’ laminate, and bathroom doors design were till measurement and installation was smooth. Judy knew we needed to install them asap and helped booked the slots for the soonest available. The actual schedule were compiled with, and installation was done without delay. The installers were prompt and efficient in installation. Happy with their service.

Bought the metal gate and the transaction was fast and smooth. May, the sales rep, was efficient and prompt in her replies. Jia Cheng, the installer, and his partner were professional and fast in the installation of the gate. Before leaving, they cleaned up the area and put our things back to where they belong. They also helped to transfer my existing electric lock from the old gate to the new gate (some companies we asked were not confident to do so). We are pleased with the whole process.

Tardy and poor customer service. Staff Tiffany was quite forgetful and messy. We waited for weeks for her to follow through on her promises on sending samples and photos. We reminded her thrice for what we requested for but still didn't receive everything we wanted before purchase. We were going to get all our doors from here but not anymore. They delayed my reno process in the meantime.
