I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The salesperson, Chris Ong, who attended to me was patient and professional, and she coordinated all the works seamlessly.
The doors are solid and well-crafted. You can immediately feel the quality—sturdy, durable, and nicely finished.
The digital locks are a fantastic addition. They’re easy to use and add a great level of convenience and security.
I especially appreciate the multiple access options, which make entry quick and hassle-free for everyone in the household. Setup was straightforward, and the locks have been syncing well and working smoothly without any issues. My only gripe is with the constant notifications received from the app (each time the door opens). I wish there was a way to mute or receive certain notification but alas I had to mute the app instead.
Installation was also done professionally. The teams were efficient, careful, and ensured everything was aligned perfectly. They took the time to explain how to use the locks and made sure I was comfortable with the system before leaving.

I was looking for a digital lock when my brother introduced me to SDL Reddot Lock, and Chris was assigned to assist me. Initially, I was only searching for a digital lock, but I later realised that they also provide main gate installations as well.
I visited their showroom to take a look at the different models and designs, and the team provided useful information based on what I was looking for. Coincidentally, a friend of mine had also engaged their services before and recommended the Lockin brand, as I was initially considering another Korean brand.
Chris patiently explained the different functions and features of each model, helping me better understand which lock would best suit my needs. During our discussion, I also found out that they provide kitchen door installations, so I shared the type of kitchen door design I wanted. She gathered all the necessary information and clearly explained how the installation would be done, which gave me greater confidence and a better understanding of the process.
Eventually, I decided to proceed with all three items — the digital lock, main gate, and kitchen door — with SDL Reddot Lock.
As I was planning to move in before Christmas, I informed Chris about my timeline. She promptly arranged for measurements and ensured that everything would be prepared and fabricated on time. After the kitchen door measurements were taken, there were some challenges with the installation as I preferred a slim design. Chris took the initiative to check with her supplier and patiently explained the situation to me through videos so I could better understand the technical limitations and available options. Once my doubts were clarified, we proceeded with the fabrication of the kitchen door.
Unfortunately, due to delays in my carpentry works, I had to reschedule the installation of the kitchen door twice, and the lock and gate installation three times. Despite the changes, Chris remained patient and helpful throughout, coordinating and rearranging the schedules accordingly.
After everything was finally completed, I’m very happy with the end result. My friends also commented that my kitchen door looks really nice and stylish, especially the slim and modern design. They also noticed that my main gate is quite unique — it has a piano-like design that blends nicely with the door background.
Overall, I truly appreciate Chris’s patience, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Thank you to SDL Reddot Lock for making the experience smooth and reassuring.
