   Yanny from Ho Ho was prompt in addressing my queries and the installation guy actually turned up at 3pm sharp for the installation when the appointment was for 3-5pm. The installation guy completed the installation in 15 mins and the shower screen door slides easily without any problem. Unfortunately, I did not take any photo of the new shower screen as it was installed at my mum's home.

    Neat and professional work! 2 sliding doors and 1 solid wood door. 2 sliding doors, 1 for kitchen 1 for living room. Immediately get an cosy extra room, decent sound proof, now watch TV won’t impact on chicken in bedrooms; kitchen is separated from living area, smell, noise all being kept out. A solid wood door to the bedroom is elegant and robust, should be able to last years !

    Recently got the Slide and Swing Supreme door installed and I’m really happy with the overall quality and design. The trackless design is especially convenient as it makes entering and exiting the toilet much easier and smoother without worrying about any floor track obstruction. It also gives the bathroom a cleaner and more modern look. The workmanship and material quality are very good, and you can really feel that the product is durable and well-made. There were also many different designs and styles to choose from, which made it easy to find one that suited my home perfectly. A special thanks to Yanny as well for the excellent service throughout the process. She was very responsive, replied promptly to all my questions, and provided professional recommendations without being pushy. Her sales service was friendly, patient, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish.

    It is disappointing that a company like Ho Ho, established since 1976, would provide such a poor customer experience. Unfortunately, the service standards displayed by the two senior sales staff were far below expectations. Very disappointing experience dealing with Yanny and Michelle. Communication and coordination between both sales staff were extremely poor. We were repeatedly pushed from one person to another instead of receiving proper assistance or a welcoming customer experience. Initially, Yanny directed me to Michelle, while Michelle later redirected me back to Yanny again. When I arrived, the business was supposed to open at 10:00am, but it remained closed until 10:30am despite prior arrangements being made. After making an appointment and travelling down for the second time the following day, we were ready to proceed with the order after my husband’s visit. However, instead of welcoming us into the office, Yanny immediately questioned my husband about what we wanted to view and even told us we could “see ourselves,” despite the appointment already being arranged in advance. The entire experience is unprofessional, and a waste of customers’ time and effort. The overall attitude from the female sales staff appeared reluctant and not customer-oriented. Do not recommend their services!

    Hi Vicky, As the owner of Ho Ho, I have personally reviewed the WhatsApp conversation records and showroom CCTV footage regarding this matter. Firstly, regarding the showroom opening timing, our staff had informed you that the showroom would only be open from 10:30am onwards (we have whatapps screenshot proof) as the salesperson had an earlier site appointment that morning. We understand there may have been a misunderstanding on this arrangement. On the first visit, Michelle attended to you for approximately 1.5 hours (we have video recording and in the video she still said that she is professional and share with her alot of information you did not know) During the discussion, she prepared multiple window pricing options and configurations using Excel in an effort to accommodate your requirements (we have whatapps screenshot to prove). We appreciate the time and effort our staff dedicated to assisting you. For the second visit, Michelle had informed you in advance that she would be away at a site appointment during your arrival timing and directed you to Ms Yanny instead. Based on the phone conversation, we understood that you only wished to view the window profiles. When you arrived, Ms Yanny asked whether you would like to view the displays yourself while she attended to the other work since Michelle has serve you the first day. Unfortunately, the situation escalated and Yanny was scolded. Despite this, Ms Yanny continued serving you and your husband for approximately another 30 minutes. At Ho Ho, we always strive to serve customers professionally and respectfully. At the same time, we also believe our sales staff deserve to be treated with mutual respect while carrying out their duties. We accept constructive feedback and but we do not accept harassment or personal attacks towards our staff. We reserve the right to take appropriate action should such behaviour continue, including making a police report or seeking legal advice if this continues. Thank you.     Had a very good experience engaging Hoho Doors to replace my folks’ Supreme toilet door. From the Michelle, the sales person I met at the sg expo exhibition, to Jeffery who did the measurements, and finally Alex who did a wonderful job with the installation. Everything went without a glitch. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, with a special call out to Alex. Very satisfied with the product for its quality and price. Will use Hoho Doors again should I need to replace doors.

    Dear Mr Tan, thank you for your feedback. We take all after-sales matters seriously and would like to clarify the situation for fairness and accuracy. After receiving your message on 14 May regarding the window gaps, our team responded on the same day and arranged a rectification appointment based on your availability. The rectification was completed on 22 May, and the window alignment and locking were adjusted accordingly. We would also like to clarify that there was no actual water seepage into the home. The issue highlighted was a slight visible light gap under strong lighting conditions, which has since been rectified by our installer. Regarding payment terms, the full payment arrangement was agreed upon before fabrication, as all windows are custom-made to site measurements and specifications. Despite this, we still attended to the after-sales adjustment promptly and completed the rectification works. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate the opportunity to resolve the matter. Thank you.

    My experience with Ho Ho is terrible. After payment it's just slow response after slow response, they made my main door with 8mm gap at the bottom and 5mm gap on all other sides, literal nightmare waiting for bugs to crawl in. Told them about the gap, and then its everyday asking for an update with either no reply or just giving you other excuses to delay. My wife wonders how such a company survived for so long. I told her maybe its because of suckers like us and the rest of their customers.

Regarding the door gap, a gap at the bottom of the door is a normal industry practice to allow door clearance, air circulation, and to prevent friction with uneven flooring. Your door gap of approximately 8 mm falls within commonly accepted installation tolerances. A simple online search will also show that standard door bottom gaps are commonly around 10 mm to 15 mm depending on flooring conditions and door type. The side clearance is also required for proper door operation and expansion allowance. After receiving your feedback, our team did two site visits to explain the situation. As a company established since 1976, we take all customer feedback seriously and always do our best to resolve issues professionally. Thank you again for your feedback.

    We got 2 sliding doors, one for the kitchen and one for a study room from Ho Ho. We were shown around and were explained by Michelle about how the different doors work, pricing, material etc. she was informative, helpful and efficient. Overall a very good service from beginning to end. We had a small issue after the installation and even that was taken care of promptly. So very happy and highly recommend them.
