They are still supporting the filter replacement and servicing even after so many years. Really quite unbelievable nowadays where many products become hard to maintain after warranty period. Appreciate the responsive service and long term support. Gives me confidence that I made the right choice back then. Highly recommended 👍

   Aqua Kent has been my go-to for water filtration since I had my first filter installed in 2018. The product is excellent, and what truly stands out is their service. They've consistently provided prompt yearly reminders for my filter replacement, which makes maintenance completely hassle-free. It's great to have a company that is so reliable and proactive. I'm very happy with both their product and their excellent customer service.

   Firstly I'm so glad I found AquaKent. Unlike other brands,they hardly run any marketing activities. But their water system appliances are reliable and service is top notch and not too expensive, unlike the other brands. More importantly I found a red colour machine as it blends into my kitchen perfectly.

   From experience, I do not recommend Aqua Kent. Very disappointed with the quality of their water dispenser. It has recurring water leakage issues despite 2 repairs in 2022 and 2024. Currently, the water leakage occured less than a year from the last repair. They are also very unresponsive and unhelpful, where response timelines can take days. [in response to Aqua Kent’s reply] Firstly, the water leakage occured in 2022 and 2023 (correction from 2022 and 2024) - it happened twice since purchase. Similarly, there are whatsapp conversations on my end to justify the non-response. In my latest request for a repair, I have not heard from Aqua Kent either. Secondly, I similarly do not tolerate false accusation that my messages/reply to Aqua Kent was hostile and disrespectful. I went through all my replies thoroughly and do not find a single point of disrespect. You may wish to check that you are referring to the right customer, and may WhatsApp me directly for proof of such a reply. As a customer, we do not blatantly accuse vendors without sufficient proof (though level of tolerance for prompt response may differ for individuals). I do feel that it is not professional to be taking a strong defensive stance when customer is airing their painpoint. There are different approaches to answering feedback/reviews, and it is disappointing to know AquaKent is not centered at understanding customer’s intent of such a feedback. Finally, my feedback is meant to be truthful about my experience, without malice. Thanks.

Firstly, we repaired your water dispenser in the Year 2023, 3 years after the dispenser was installed and that was done free of charge, outside the warranty period, as a goodwill gesture — despite this typically being a chargeable service. We went beyond standard policy to assist you. The machine was purchased and installed in the Year 2020 and servicing was done promptly. Year 2024 was a filter change service. Secondly, your claim about our lack of responsiveness is inaccurate. Our team replied promptly, and our staff did their best to help despite being spoken to in a manner that was, frankly, disrespectful and hostile. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment of our staff, and this incident was documented internally. It’s also important to note that your interactions with our staff were serious enough that our team member initially considered filing a police report due to the nature of the exchange. However, our management intervened and advised against escalating the matter at the time, in hopes of resolving things amicably. We have clear WhatsApp chat records proving our words above and your false claims towards us, unfortunately, Google Reviews does not allow us to upload screenshots to support our side of the story. We stand by the quality of our products and service, as reflected by the many satisfied customers we’ve served. While we welcome constructive feedback, we cannot accept misleading or unfair claims that misrepresent the situation. Lastly, while we welcome genuine feedback, we take false and misleading claims seriously. Especially when such remarks can affect someone's rice bowl, we must draw the line.     After extensive comparison of various models of water purifiers from different companies, I finally settled for the tankless water purifier from Aqua Kent. I am impressed by the superior quality of its filters and the excellent service provided by Mr Khan, who patiently answered my questions even unto late af night. I am still very pleased with this product, even close to a year of use.

    I am very happy with the product! I actually visited 5 different popular showrooms of water dispenser, to meet my requirement(cold, hold, normal temp water). This one is the functional combination of those popular brands with an affordable price. The most important thing to me is the dispenser is tall enough for my tall bottles and even those 3.5l bottles. Cold water n room temp water are immediately, 85 degree water need a few seconds to flow. Tks for the servicing from the staff there, very professional and friendly.

    We had installed the AK Alphalife Pearl 4T in Jun 2023 but only get to use it daily after we shifted in Aug. The experience had been very pleasant especially the water dispenser eliminated our daily chores to boil water and cool it for drinking. Hot and cold water can be dispensed almost instantly and effortlessly. The sales staff Ema has been friendly and helpful in demonstrating the unit when we visited the show room. The installer Dalim is also very professional. Installation was fast and good. Strongly recommended for those looking for a user friendly water dispenser at a reasonable price.

    We were interested to get a water purifier. But there were so many brands in the market. Took us some time to do our research and we called AquaKent to understand more. Emma attended to me over the phone and very patiently shared with me a lot of information and explained to me how the water purifier works. We went down to AquaKent office and tasted the water. Water tasted clean and natural. While we were there, we did not feel pressurised to get the water purifier as there were no hard selling and pushy tactics. The whole buying process was comfortable as we ended up getting one. We asked questions on our installation before the installation date and never did Emma fail to attend to us. Before and during the installation, she would answer our queries and pick up the phone to see how she can help. I am very very impressed by Emma’s service. During installation, Khan explained TDS of water to us and the whole buying process was so informative and comfortable. The level of service is excellent and is commendable because they are so very patient with customers. Can tell they really put customers first and I am really happy to have such a good buying experience with AquaKent. The Omega tankless water purifier is looking good and its glossy black gives off a sleek and polished look. Thumbs up to Emma for your excellent service before and after sales.
