They are very punctual. They knock on my door at exactly 9 am. They made sure to protect all my furniture and cleaned up and moved my furniture back before leaving. The painting was very well done. I am very satisfied with their work. Thank you to the 4 guys.

Engaged their service through friend’s recommendation. Price was reasonable and they quickly slot in based on my availability even though it was year-end. Work was done quickly but door frame’s color was wrong and I had to wait for another day for them to come with the correct color. They also accidentally knocked into my prayer altar which resulted in a dent. There was no compensation given for this. Their guy just used the door frame paint and colored over it. Some inner part of the pipes not painted completely and had to get them to come down to touch up.

The ceiling paint in the bedroom began peeling after 10 years, so we hired Asiance to help us repaint. Their amazing staff spent 3 hours laying out plastic sheets, scraping off the peeling paint, plastering, and applying several layers of paint. It took 3 hours because he waited for each layer of plaster and paint to dry before applying the next. Excellent work ethic! Highly recommended.

Recently I engaged Asiance Construction to paint my entire house. It was an excellent experience with David and his team. David was very easy-going and accomodated our requests. I appreciate David's professionalism and the painters were efficient. The painters arrived punctually every morning and completed the job in 3 days. They also protected our furniture and moved them around as required. I recommend engaging this company.

Recently completed a 1-week external paint job at my house. The Asiance team have been amazing throughout. David is a pleasure to deal with, always professional and quick to respond. The on-the-ground crew were the best I have dealt with. Loh and his fellow painters are hardworking, respectful, professional and just nice folks. On the last day, even while waiting for the truck to come pick up remaining tools, Loh and gang were still taking time to clean up the last bit of leaves at the porch, making small paint touch-ups to the wall, etc. Hire these guys - you can't go wrong.

I recently hired Asiance Interiors for painting services for my condominium, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, David demonstrated exceptional responsiveness by visiting the site on the same day he was contacted and suggested colors based on our preferences. His ability to start the work on a short notice was incredibly convenient and appreciated. David's team was not only professional but also very helpful throughout the process. They worked diligently and efficiently, completing the entire painting job in just two days. The quality of their work was pretty good, with great attention to detail and care. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable, providing excellent value for the level of service and quality delivered. I highly recommend David's services to anyone looking for reliable and professional painters.

Satisfied with the service. David is very professional. He investigated my place the next day right after connection and explained me the proposed plan patiently. Painting team got house done nicely in one day with anti mold treatment and repainting. Do ask which painting brand/product line to use, as the result makes different, likewise, the quotation.

The Business Account was prompt in attending to our enquiries and visited the home for a survey. Thereafter, an official quote was sent over and we lock in the dates for the intended painting works after placing 20% deposit. 1.5 weeks before the actual commencement of the painting works, we've arranged for the Business account to visit the house to finalise the color schemes. Work commences as scheduled with 2 workers and they completed the painting in 3 days.

Highly recommend Asiance Construction for house/commercial painting. The recent experience, from the enquiry quotation to the completion of the house painting, was indeed pleasant and warm. David and his team (Win Htay, Sanminoo, Aloh, Aung Myo Thant, and Zayar) did a great job! David is responsive and would not hesitate to give advice on the paint colors. Likewise, his team of professional painters carried a cheerful and smiley disposition throughout the two days of painting. The house painting was done professionally and efficiently. Thank you and certainly a well-pleased customer!

Engaged Asiance Construction in repainting of my condo after reviewing multiple quotations. David was very prompt and responsive in answering my queries and provided a home visit for free quotation . He explained in detail the different types of paint and suggested anti-fungal treatment to remove ceiling mould. He also gave us suggestion on the colours. Quotation was very reasonable with a good duration of warranty. Work started 2 weeks after the initial visit, just in time for CNY. His team is very experienced, careful in wrapping all furnitures to avoid spilling of paint. Work completed within 2 days. Happy with the valuable and excellent service provided by David and team. Would highly recommend Asiance Construction.

Very satisfied with David and his painting crew. They were on time and the colour recommend by David was to our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend them to my families if they needed painting. Only gripe my wife have was they use our master bedroom toilet instead of using the common toilet.
- 5.0
David was clear explaining the various steps they wanted to do to get rid of our mould issue. Beyond that, they also waterjet and prepped the exterior which had some bubbles due to water leakage. While painting the entire exterior and interior of the house, they were neat and systematic and had good manners ie cleaned up well after themselves and were careful with furniture. Price wise they were in the middle when compared to other vendors but comparing them after the job was completed , I would rate them as top end performers.

Based on the promising Google reviews, we engaged Asiance to paint our main door, gate and external areas. We were happy with the results. Our first contact was David who was prompt in coming for a site visit to understand our requirements, and give a reasonable quote. David is very responsible and helpful, and always contactable. His team of painters are professional and skilful. They kept the premises clean, were non- intrusive, and did their work carefully. We were most impressed with the painter who completed the job (sorry didn’t get his name) on the final day. He took time and special care to paint the gate beautifully. Engaged Asiance to paint our new home. Package offered was competitive, at a very competitive price too. After the job was completed, there was an issue with some of the colours, but they were willing to do the repainting for only the material cost, which was greatly appreciated. Work quality was mostly good, though the joints between the walls and fixtures could have been neater and more precise. All in all though, definitely good value for money.

When I find mould and tiny bugs on my bedroom wall, I know I need help. So, I started to search for a reliable painter and found Asiance Construction. I can only pray that the reviews I see online are true. David came on a site visit and confidently confirmed that he can solve the problems. So we chose the paint colours and made all the necesary arrangements for the job to be done today (30th Jun) 3 of his staff came this morning, all very cheerful and assuring, answering all the last minute questions we have. All I can do was pray that all will turn up well and as planned. I must say, I am impressed with their efficiency, their professionalism and at the end of the day, the house was returned in the same way they started, except with the fresh coats of paint! Keep up the good job! I am glad I chose them and would highly recommend them for any painting job.
