Boxes came a few days late so the moving date was pushed back by a day. Overall the moving service was great. The team took effort to secure my items and prevent damage. The team made adjustments to ensure that lorry space is being maximised. Generally, good experience with minor hiccups along the way!

Similar to other reviews, i only have compliments for this team. Spoke to Joshua from the beginning and was given a quote very quickly while others would generally ask for deposit or site survey etc. No hidden costs whatsoever. Boxes delivered promptly and actual day moving were efficient. Team during move-in day were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks Joshua and team.

great experience with Avante movers! everything was packed nicely and efficiently. they've double wrapped my desktop pc too. it was hard for me to move even single box by myself but the team was able to move them swiftly! like others have mentioned Joshua is friendly, and always smiling.

On the day of the shifting (from one office building to the other), just one call from driver to inform that the lorry has broken down. No alternative date and timing provided. Not able to reach Joshua (this number) or his admin staff for the whole morning. On our side, we have already arranged for 2 groups of staff to send and received the furniture! Utterly disappointed. THINK TWICE before considering their services!!! Shall engage another mover already. Since you have not responded to our calls, doubt you will respond to our emails!

1st day on site survey Joshua told me all my items can load into his lorry only take 1 trip including fridge and washing machine. I arranged for 10am to start the move, but on the day of moving, Joshua and his 2 colleagues arrived at 10:40am instead (40 minutes late)!!! While arranging and plastic wrapping some of my items, Joshua then told me have to make 2 trips coz 1 trip cannot load all my items, even without the fridge and the washing machine which I've sold away before the move!!.. Furthermore, I've already moved 21 of his carton boxes and many of my other items to one of the location prior to the move - so that his lorry will have sufficient space for one trip!!! So eventually, no choice have to make 2 trips and I end up paying more than the agreed price quoted to me on the first day on site survey!!.. My sister (who was sharing the cost with me of the move) wasn't too happy about it saying that the mover is "very unprofessional!" Overall, the whole move was OK and I find that Joshua is actually a very nice guy and he's always very friendly and smiling.. But the only setback is that we have to pay extra $$$$$ for his miscalculation, oversight and mistake as an experienced mover!! 😥😥😥 Well, everyone is not perfect, so hopefully he and his team can improve in some aspects of their job! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Xiao Long and his team made moving such a breeze. They delivered the boxes well ahead of time to allow us extra time for packing. The move become a pluck and place which was pretty amazing for a single mom with three kids. Prior to the move, he’s also asked for pictures of bulky furnitures which I’ve given him… came the day of, I didn’t need one bed moved. Guess what? He took some cost out as well. Honest and efficient movers 🥰 Oh ! To top it off, I didn’t need to pack my children’s toy rack as he cling wrapped the entire thing and move it as is - he did it for a few of my furnitures to be honest. Entire move was seamless and we settled into our new home really easily. Thank you Xiao Long and and team !

I was moving houses few times in the last few years . Recently I got Avante moving service’s reference from one of my fellow residents in the new apartment. This time the move was so smooth with Avante and to be honest, far better than the previous movers. Group of Highly professional and efficient people. I came to know that I had to dispose many furnitures couple of days before the moving date. They managed to adjust the schedule accordingly and did the move and disposal on same day. Top 5 star rating on everything including communication, co-ordination and timing 👏 Well done Avante Movers . I will surely engane you in my next move👍

This is a team of highly efficient and professional workers. I am very impressed with how they handled our stuff which they wrapped very well and very quickly! Dismantling and reassembling of our furniture was also very well done. They took care to move the items without damaging the flooring and walls. The crew is also very honest and hardworking.
