Moverstation truly has a good team. The guys who came to move my stuff were helpful and have great attitude. They were careful and gentle moving my things from 1 point to another. Thank you for their service.

I have not moved much in Singapore but I would not engage Moverstation again. They were about 2 hours late and it was very stressful process. The agent and the homeowners were waiting on the other end and I had to check with Moverstation constantly before they replied me. To top it off, they charged me additional $50 for the 2 steps in front of the HDB unit. The only good thing is that they re-assembled my big furniture correctly. Other than that this is a hard pass and do not recommend.

Here’s a strong review you can post: Absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. They promised to deliver the boxes between 3–6pm, but only arrived after 7pm with zero accountability or proper update. I specifically requested 12 boxes, expecting decent quality since I’m paying for a service. Instead, they delivered only 5 new boxes and the remaining 7 were old, used boxes that literally stank. Completely unacceptable for a moving company. To make things worse, when I raised my concerns, the person actually called me and said if I’m “not happy then they can don’t do my business.” Extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive attitude towards customers. Late delivery, poor quality materials, horrible customer service, and zero professionalism. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Service was great and they moved my stuff gently. Staff was friendly and attentive. There was 1 hr delayed from my original time. Other than that, all was good.

My TV was not wrapped well and when it reached my new house it was sitting sideways. When I unpacked i saw the screen cracked and asked for resolution. In the end they refused to take full responsibility because I only notified them a few days later. However nobody told me to unpack on the spot to check for damage and they said that’s their company policy to take responsibility only if damage is found on the spot. After much argument, they refunded me 100 only for a perfectly good thousand dollar tv.

Moving house with Moverstation was a fuss free experience. Right from the start, every detail was well coordinated - from Ken's proactive reminder of condo moving permit application to when and how many boxes should be delivered. On the move day itself, Karim's team showed up on time and handled my item with very good care, really thumbs up to them. Will definitely recommend this mover to whoever needs moving service.

Indicated that there were steps to the unit moving out. Also asked if any other potential charges. I was quoted $298. But when the movers came, I was charged additional $80. Sent WA questioning his failure to inform me beforehand but didn’t receive any reply. Not honest and upfront.

I am impressed with Ken mover that they wrap the table and chairs from my friend’s house to deliver to my house at whampoa. They even assessable the tables and remove the wrapper before leaving my house. A job well done and will recommend them to my friend if they require a mover.

Chanced upon Moverstation on FB. Engaged Ken to discuss the details entirely online on WA for moving and disposal. Ken has been very professional and prompt in his response to many queries we had and offered good pricing for both services. On moving day on 11 June, Kalim (lead mover) and his team came on time, very friendly and experienced team, completed the entire moving within 2 hours, much faster than we expected. Kalim and his team came again on 25 June for the disposal services, again, everything was done nicely. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with the quality and professional services by Ken and Kalim. Highly recommended.

Ken and Karim (K&K) and 2 other team movers are spectacular in coordinating the moves for my family! Rosewood furniture, antique grandfather clock and a150kg fridge…. Nothing frazzled them! Super A* team! Look for K&K if u need to relocate! They are the best!

Affordable, efficient and most importantly trustworthy! We packed most of the items ourselves but needed help with loose fragile items. Ken was upfront with the quote and the final bill was nothing too astronomical despite the extra things we added and the extra space we needed in the lorry. He was also very responsive especially when we needed extra boxes dropped off. During moving day, they packed, loaded, wrapped everything carefully in under an hr and moved all! They also helped to disassemble an old couch for us as well and threw it at the refuse area. When we needed more space in the lorry than what we anticipated they were very clear about where they were leaving it and that they were coming back for a second trip. It was also raining very hard that day and although some boxes were slightly wet, they tried their best to minimize it. Thanks Ken and team! We will use you again if needed, and will recommend 👍

The staff are very friendly and professional. After letting them know which boxes are fragile and heavy, the staff were very efficient and swift to get to work. After reaching the destination, the staff even offer to place certain item (eg: safe) in the room as it is very heavy. Really very impressive with their work ethic and professionalism. Great job and will recommend to others, for sure.

Be sure to double-check the final charge. Initially, they included an extra long push charge of $140, and later, they “forgot” to deduct the $100 deposit when calculating the outstanding balance. They also forgot to return our condo access card (borrowed to them out of good will for their convenience of access) until they were reminded. Not to mention, they came late by more than one hour, and did not issue any invoice or receipt after payment was made - they issued a sales agreement form stating the quotation amount and referred to it as the “receipt”. Engage at your own risk. It’s always good to review everything to avoid overpaying. Reply to owner: 1. Perhaps you have forgotten that you actually removed a $140 long push charge when we pointed out that we saw your lorry parked just outside of our lift lobby. 2. Yes, I could give you the benefit of the doubt for that. However, it’s worth noting that you also forgot about your lorry parked right outside the lift lobby (see point 1) which could have resulted in another $140 of overcharging. Together with the $100 deposit, that would be $240 of overcharging (on top of the extra $268 for the “additional” 0.75 load which I doubt was really necessary). 3. Yes, I could give you the benefit of the doubt for that too, just that you refused to send the card up yourself and instead sent your staff to do it, just like how you sent him to collect the inflated payment from us. Also to point out that, at this point you’ve already forgotten quite a few things — things that are all important to me as a customer - overcharging, deducting off the deposit, returning my access card. If I have missed any of these you would have walked away. 4. To be exact, the moving team reached my doorstep at 10:14. I have update you on WhatsApp upon their/your arrival. 5. I’m still waiting for you to issue a receipt for all payments made, including the deposit. Operating without issuing receipts doesn’t seem right, especially when a customer requests for one. For reference, the Quoted Price vs. Final Payment Amount are: - Quotation received via WhatsApp: $358 (one load + dismantling fee for a bed). They did mention a possible “long push” charge of $70 if the distance between the lorry parking and the lift lobby exceeded 50cm. Actual Moving Day: •Moved the same amount of furniture I had shown them in pictures, along with 20 boxes as agreed. •The distance from the lift lobby to the lorry parking lot was 0m at the first location and less than 15m at the second. -Final Payment Requested Upon Job Completion: Initially $936, later reduced to $896, then $796.

Compare with several mover for my inlaws .. moverstation was the choice which respond is quick.Px is reasonable. For a 0.75 load , there are 3 movers and they wrapped all items very neat and tight. The movers are very polite and helpful too. We are pleased with moverstation .

Highly recommended for house moving. My personal experience with them was super positive right from the beginning. Started with calling Ken to enquire and it was short and sharp and simple with what they do and the charges. Just 10 mins of call and I paid the deposit. They delivered the carton boxes the next day as mentioned. On moving day, 2 movers came about 20 mins earlier and super ready. They were super duper professional in every single stuff they did and very enthusiastic and helpful with my doubts and gave me guidance. The packing for my table and TV were meticulous. Overall, I wasn’t even expecting such a level of service. I only needed something simple. Not only that, they were very fast. Everything was done in 3 hours !!! And that include wall mounting of TV which involves drilling into the wall. I am indeed impressed by the service and the cost is very reasonable for such a high standard. Kudos to the 2 movers, 小羊 and 小皮 with their professionalism. Everything looks like child play to them !!
